QBO support is phenomenal! I just had a Chat with Nick and he quickly fixed my issue and also brought to me attention a second issue I wasn't aware of. And he fixed it too. Great service! I recently had a Chat with Jii on January 17, 2026 and once again my issue was resolved quickly!

Ronnie was very helpful in helping me to clean up my account. There were some errors made when we first set it up but they helped me to understand how to remove the old data and change over to a better system for us, including letting me know that if I want my sales tax info to be right, I need to use Orders instead of Payouts, SO HELPFUL!
