One of the best support I've received. Paul helped to configure and sync up all the orders we had. He was so friendly and efficient, it made using the app so pleasant. Definitely recommend to anyone out there, the support is excellent!

Paul was very helpful getting me set up. I still have a long way to go to fully understand this software, but the support is amazing!

Great service from Troy to help quickly resolve a small issue.

I had a great experience with Clarisse today. She was incredibly helpful in resolving an issue with QuickBooks and provided clear, timely assistance. Her support was outstanding, and I truly appreciate her dedication and professionalism. Thank you, Clarisse, for your excellent service!

Works! Paul was very helpful in helping me connect Quickbooks and Shopify. VERY helpful!

The service is Excellent, Troy went above and beyong helping me connect my 4 shopify store. Great service and totally recommend this app.

Troy's the man! He patiently helped me step by step to get set up. Troy even went back and helped me upload data from before the date that the app said I could retrieve from. Super helpful. So fantastic to communicate with a human instead of a bot. Thanks for the exceptional service.

Quick and helpful support!

I was experiencing some sync errors while connecting Shopify to QBO. I clicked on chat support and was connected with David. He fixed the issues in minutes and everything is working! Thanks for the quick help!

I found this app very useful and sync all our online orders in no time. Most importantly the support staff especially NICK.. was patient in understanding our needs and did all that was much needed. Thank you so much :-)

I was in touch with Sherwin from the support team via chat. Sherwin did a great job by walking me through the integration step by step and assisted in correcting sync errors as well as patiently waited while we had to remove tons of data on my side to bring the slate to clean. Very professional service indeed! Thanks Sherwin.
