David was a great help. He had helped extensively with syncing our account as well as reconciling any errors. He was kind and super patient. Thanks so much for your help David! Also thanks to Sherwin for helping with my other issue. The support team is quite proficient and super helpful.

Sherwin and the other members of the support team are professional and great to work with. The chat feature is fast and issues or questions are answered very quickly.

My experience with QuickBooks Online Global is good. They have excellent customer support, especially Rom helped me to sync my store data with QuickBooks.

Just getting started with the app and setting up basic integrations. Troy from customer support / chat was incredibly helpful with a prompt email response and then jumping into Chat with me to get everything set up.

I signed up for training on how to use the program and upon completion, could run the program easily. If I did encounter any challenges, the support was always available and very reliable. I would definitely recommend Quickbooks to anyone looking for a robust accounting system!

App is easy to navigate. If you have issues with the import of sales data, make sure to use the Chat feature, as their reps can easily work on it and clear the issues. Karol was super helpful and quick with my request. Glad Intuit purchased OneSaas in 2021, customer services has gotten better!
