I've been using this app for a year now since my client moved their online shop to Shopify. It works very well and considering the tens of thousand of sales being brought across I get minimal amounts of errors. On the rare occasions that I've had to use support I've also found them very helpful and get any problems I've had sorted very quickly. I particularly want to mention Nick who helped me out this morning with a syncing issue.

Several times I have gone to the chat with help setting up and questions after setting up. Response time is great, and they have helped me figure out what I need to to, and answered my questions. Rafael was very timely and answered my questions.

Sherwin was so amazing when helping me set up quickbooks. She uploaded all my past sales very quickly in quickbooks and has been very responsive to me. I am only a few days in using this service and I am very impressed!

It's not seemless, but the support is great and problems are resolved in a quick fashion. Can't ask for more.

I love this app! It's so easy to use and the chat help is always top notch! Rafael helped settle a few things for me today in very fast fashion and help me navigate thru everything. Highly recommend this app!

Received professional & excellent help from RONNIE! He was patience & able to ascertain the issue I was having, with ease & professionally. Throughout the session, Ronnie went above and beyond to provide information to guide me and make sure that the data was all synced properly. Excellent customer service!

I have trouble syncing my QBO with Shopify because of some compatibility issues. Clarisse helped me solve the problem. She's amazing fast :)

NICK, was great. Went above and beyond and notified me of an issue with my products and how to fix. I was aware of but hadn't looked into fixing it yet, so his suggestion was very timely.

Nick was super helpful and solved my issue quickly. This app is a god sent as it allows me to connect both my Shopify sites to my QB file that syncs the correct inventory levels.

Customer service is great... everyone is always very helpful and quickly responds to requests. Today David fixed a problem for me, and continuously updated me and followed up to make sure it was all correct. Edit: I ran into another issue, and David took care of it again! :-) Great CS!
