I truly appreciate this app and the customer service they provide. The app syncs my Shopify transactions to QB without any problems, and it makes my life so much easier. Every time I have a question, the customer service replies to me within minutes and they are always BEYOND helpful in accommodating my questions and providing a solution. Thank you so much for your exceptional service. A special Thank you also for Paul who has assisted me in setting up my second store with this app.

Great help from Troy when I needed to sync the data. Highly recommend this app for QBO order syncing. I contacted support to help me sync backdated info and Troy immediately replied and sorted it out.

I am very pleased with the customer service I received. Both Ronnie and Lori helped me in different occasions and they both solved my problems.

I have been using QuickBooks for a couple years but faced an issue a few days ago I could not figure out how to solve. I used the support via live chat today and had it addressed through great service from Dean. He was knowledgeable, attentive and quickly understood and solved the issue. I am usually skeptical about using live chats but have to admit this was very good.

David was a huge help in fixing a problem I created in linking Shopify to QuickBooks! it only took a few minutes and the problem was fixed!

Just had an amazing experience with Nick over chat and he helped me out. I am not even close to tech savvy and he was great every step of the way!!

App does a great job keeping our Shopify and QBO synced. When there is an error, it alerts you. I had troubled figuring out why a couple of orders were not syncing, and for the first time ever...I was contacted by customer support. Sherwin noticed that a couple of orders were not syncing, and HE started a chat with me to fix it!

Great experience overall, Lori was able to get me the help that I needed for my company in order to connect to the proper version of the QuickBooks app!
