I recently had the pleasure of working with ROM to set up OneSaaS for QuickBooks. ROM was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to understand my needs and to explain the different options available to me. He also made sure that I was comfortable with the setup before he left. I was particularly impressed with ROM's patience and attention to detail. He was willing to answer all of my questions, no matter how small. He also took the time to make sure that everything was set up correctly. As a result of ROM's help, I was able to set up OneSaaS for QuickBooks quickly and easily. I am now confident that I am using the best possible solution for my business. I highly recommend ROM to anyone who is looking for help with QuickBooks or OneSaaS. He is a knowledgeable and experienced professional who will take the time to understand your needs and to help you get the most out of your software. I am confident that I would not have been able to set up OneSaaS for QuickBooks without ROM's help. He is a valuable asset to any business that is looking to improve its accounting processes.

Sherwin, thank you for helping me so quickly. I had a syncing issue that we have been dealing with for a couple of weeks and would manually make the order. Today, i tried out support and Sherwin was able to fix the issue in less than 5 minutes. I look forward to installing this app on our other Shopify store.

This app works quite well, though I had a bit of a challenge setting up. Sherwin helped me though and I was sorted out in no time - thanks!! I had a few other issues, and Lori helped me; customer service has been great, very quick and genuinely helpful! The one downside is that inventory doesn't work for me to sync in QBO since QBO's inventory system isn't great, but Shopify tracks it well enough and we do have a specialty product/business, so it usually makes things extra complicated anyways.

This app has worked well for me. I've had a couple issues, but their support is fast and thorough. Dean solved a major problem with duplicate invoice numbers, so I'm once again on track.

I couldn't map the invoices numbers as have used QB for some time and been inputting manually otherwise it was simple task. The support was great and they got around this... Overall brilliant and support from Sherwin was really good

Karol was an amazing person. She join the chat in about 1 min. She help us with our question. Unfourtunately Quickbooks integrator doesn't detect price/cost changes in products, it only migrate a snapshot of products from Shopify.
