Sherwin was extremely helpful and quick to resolve my syncing issue with Shopify and Quickbooks. Sherwin is pleasant, knowledge and a real credit to the intuit/quickbooks team!!!!

I am very new to bookkeeping, made some mistakes using this integration software, but Clarisse was super helpful and put me back on track within minutes. Amazing support, company should be proud to have someone so efficient working for them

This is an excellent app. Every connection/integration app we have has issues. This Shopify <> Quickbooks connector app (1) has fewer issues than most and (2) has THE BEST CUSTOMERS SUPPORT I've experienced with any integration ever. The support team (Ben especially) is incredibly helpful. They solve everything extremely quickly and efficiently. I wish all software had support like this.

Sherwin was amazing helping me sort out an error we had initially made during set up. Did it all over chat and now all my orders populate perfectly from shopify to QBO in minutes Thanks Sherwin!

We had an issue with Shopify orders not updating in QB online and Nick really helped us in solving the problem.

A great app to sync my Shopify store with Quickbooks for the accountants to do their thing. I also logged into this week to resolve an issue with a customer not syncing across which in turn stops their transactions sync'ing and SHERWIN in the support team, popped up on chat and asked me if I needed help. They sorted it there and then. thank you!

I love this app! It was super simple to integrate and works exactly as intended. The chat support is responsive, friendly and knowledgable. I talked to Ben today and he helped me understand my error within minutes. Recommend this app if you want to save yourself a ton of time and streamline your workflow!
