I started using this app to help me have everything in place when it comes to accounts and reconciliation. So far, everything is synchronizing properly between Shopify and Quickbooks. I encounter two issue but with the fantastic help from Rom was sort it in a matter of few minutes.

Just set up the app today but Ben was extremely helpful and patient! I needed help getting everything set up and he was great.

Very helpful staff! They'll talk you through any issues you that may arise. Paul is absolutely AWESOME and helped me in a variety of ways when I needed it most. I would definitely recommend this app!

The App is awesome, nothing less than a blessing! their support staff is the best I've ever worked with, Sherwin helped me with quite a complex and challenging situation and helped get months old data without losing a single transaction. Highly recommended!

We had a problem with updation of stock levels from QBO to Shopify. This was taken up in a swift manner by David and his team and was quickly resolved within 24 hours. Excellent support!

It took a little figuring out, but the customer service team was excellent. Sherwin assisted me with getting the integration set up from start to finish. I highly recommend going through the process with a customer service advisor to help out!

I use this app whenever Falcon PEV Shopify invoices cannot sync into QB and the Oneseas support staff are so heelpful and solve my problems. Superb Customer support by Sherwin and all the rest of the Online support staff. The best support I have ever received. Thank you, Heidi Falcon PEV Pte Ltd
