Although the app works well, there are certain integrations that take a bit of time to do right. I was struggling until I chatted with Rom who not only helped us connect our COGS, but also went above and beyond to fix other errors we were experiencing (i.e. product and services section, roundedoffitem, inventory syncing). In one 30 minute session with Rom I felt we fully optimized this app to now give us all the analytics we need to properly run our business. Great app and amazing service!

As another had mentioned, Karol was amazing. She knew a lot about the platform and it's forms, and thus helped me greatly. Because of this I found out I did not setup Free Shipping correctly for my store when I did a test order... Oops.

Been having some tech issues due to myself messing around with the set up, going back and forth trying to change invoice numbers, so the sync stopped. Sherwin has been very helpful and solved my issue by providing guidance on each step of the instruction, also very patience with my questions, happy with the app, happy with the support, issued solved :)

I had an issue with my shopify order number being a duplicate order number in QBO I first talked to Paul before I got disconnected. When I came back on I was talking to Troy. Both were very helpful and patient with me. Between them both I hope we got the issue resolved so it doesn't happen again. I wont know for sure until another order is placed online.

Ben provided excellent support to get us through the integration process - It can be somewhat fiddly to get everything running smoothly, so having Ben onboard proved invaluable.
