Faced an error in syncing data from Shopify to Quickbooks but their customer service was very helpful. Customer service ROM assist me to solved the problem easily and also give a few suggestions on the sync settings. Thank you again for your great service.

Rom was amazing at helping me sync my Shopify account with Quickbooks. I didn't think it would be possible on live chat but Rom was very good at problem solving and shared some screenshots whilst working on the back end. Now all my Shopify orders flow through nicely into Quickbooks! Well done Rom!!

Rom's customer support was great. He really helped me with the onboarding process and configuration of settings. Very quick aswell. Overall the appp is easy to use and I'd recommend it to others who are trying to get their Shopify linked with QBO.

Fantastic support from Karol. Needed some configuration changes in order to sync my Shopify orders to Quickbooks properly. Super knowledgeable and helped solve the issue within a minute or two. Even made the configuration change for me and stayed to ensure the problem was solved. Many pick a solution based on price but often they don't consider the support provided (always remember that). There's quite a lot to the app, but the support is first class. I've used their live chat today, and I've had quick replies and questions thoroughly answered by Lori who really understands the product. She helped me about a problem we were having with PayPal, she identified the issue and provided a solution, and set up a support ticket so I could share the solution with out book keeper. I can't see why you wouldn't use this app if you use QuickBooks, it makes life easier.

I have had a great experience using QuickBooks Online and Support SHERWIN is the best. He helped me with my syncing issues and saved me a ton of time exporting from Shopify! Thank you so much.
