I installed this on my Shopify app last year but haven't had a chance to set it up until recently. I'm clueless about any Accounting apps so i wasn't sure what I was doing. David from Customer Support was very helpful and patient and my integration issues were resolved in no time. App is straightforward after all! Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of working with ROM to set up OneSaaS for QuickBooks. ROM was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to understand my needs and to explain the different options available to me. He also made sure that I was comfortable with the setup before he left. I was particularly impressed with ROM's patience and attention to detail. He was willing to answer all of my questions, no matter how small. Sherwin, thank you for helping me so quickly. I had a syncing issue that we have been dealing with for a couple of weeks and would manually make the order. Today, i tried out support and Sherwin was able to fix the issue in less than 5 minutes. I look forward to installing this app on our other Shopify store.

This app works quite well, though I had a bit of a challenge setting up. Sherwin helped me though and I was sorted out in no time - thanks!! I had a few other issues, and Lori helped me; customer service has been great, very quick and genuinely helpful! The one downside is that inventory doesn't work for me to sync in QBO since QBO's inventory system isn't great, but Shopify tracks it well enough and we do have a specialty product/business, so it usually makes things extra complicated anyways.

This app has worked well for me. I've had a couple issues, but their support is fast and thorough. Dean solved a major problem with duplicate invoice numbers, so I'm once again on track.
