Very good bones, a few improvements needed to make the workflow really optimized. The customer service team is great, Troy helped me resolved a few issues and they seem very open to feedback about new ideas/features. That extra start could be easily earned with a little dev work on their end!

I was facing some issues with the integration date, I got quickly synced up with Paul. He firstly clarified my doubt and why I am unable to backdate sync. Then he was kind enough to go point by point with me over the entire integration process. He was very patient and helpful.

Ronnie was extremely helpful and gave me the right direction to properly get our operations moving. The app expedites the process very well and let's us focus on the business and not bookeeping.

Setting up can be confusing at first. Thank goodness the support operators are very patient. Thank you Ronnie for taking the time to work out misunderstandings and making things clear.

We are just getting this app up and running and the customer support at 11pm was great. Ronnie helped me work through my problems and get me set up and heading in the right direction in no time. Was a relief that I could find someone so late at night, never know when you get the free time to work on all the little ins and outs needed to get it all sorted.

The app works well and is very easy to set up. I've run into a few bugs here and there, but nothing major, and the customer support has always been very quick and effective at resolving the issues.

Karol was great at understanding my issue and helping me through the process. We didn't get it 100% resolved - as it has to be escalated within their developer team, but at least we have a plan of action and know exactly what needs to be done. looking forward to the final help

App is good. Lacks a couple features that could really make it robust, but for a smaller business or if you're just getting started it's more than enough and will provide you everything you need. Customer service has also been great every time we've needed/reached out to them.

Very nice app but I wish they would support multi-location by marking the sales with the location in QB. Karol offered very quick and solid support.

Does what it says on the tin so far. And the customer care has been really good so far. Had a super fast response from Karol who was able to resolve an issue I had within 10 minutes of submitting a question . (Edit) Having contact Karol again about some further issues, she was able to react and resolve everything really quickly and was able to provide some suggestions on how I could update some of the other apps I use to streamline everything which was even better! Would recommend for sure.

It works great! Some things have yet to be fixed from the developer side, like enabling a trigger for full stock sync if you accidentally change your stock number in the Shopify store. Overall it works as it supposed to. Hazel from customer service was incredibly helpful.

The app is not perfect but so far it has been helpful. Hopefully they update some things like bundles in the future. Rafael was very nice and helpful.

We've had issues with inventory not syncing correctly, but Karol really helped understand exactly what the problem was and did a fantastic job of answering any questions that we had.

It has bugs at times, but customer service is great. Hazel has helped me several times and has been detailed and attentive.
