Very good customer service. Sherwin helped me with walking me through the integration process as well as taking over when needed and giving best practice instructions.

This app works quite well, though I had a bit of a challenge setting up. Sherwin helped me though and I was sorted out in no time - thanks!! I had a few other issues, and Lori helped me; customer service has been great, very quick and genuinely helpful! The one downside is that inventory doesn't work for me to sync in QBO since QBO's inventory system isn't great, but Shopify tracks it well enough and we do have a specialty product/business, so it usually makes things extra complicated anyways.

This app has worked well for me. I've had a couple issues, but their support is fast and thorough. Dean solved a major problem with duplicate invoice numbers, so I'm once again on track.

I couldn't map the invoices numbers as have used QB for some time and been inputting manually otherwise it was simple task. The support was great and they got around this... Overall brilliant and support from Sherwin was really good

Karol was an amazing person. She join the chat in about 1 min. She help us with our question. Unfourtunately Quickbooks integrator doesn't detect price/cost changes in products, it only migrate a snapshot of products from Shopify.
