QB is a great app, but even better is their customer support. I had an issue with my sync summary reports and was helped by ROM, who was very very efficient, helpful and knowledgable. Within 10 mins he had given me advice and fixed my problem through live chat at 11pm PST. Thanks ROM!

I am so happy to have found this App to automatically create invoices in my Quickbooks Accounting. It was easy to install. Had an issue and contacted the Chat support in the app which pretty quickly helped me adjust the configurations settings i needed. David was very knowledgeable and provided excellent support. I am happy this app has a chat support right on the app connector.

Pretty simple plug & play way to connect Shopify & QBO. Their support crew answers the chat tool right away and resolves error messages just like that! Thanks Ben!
