Nick was very helpful with resolving a sync issue I had between Shopify POS orders and Quickbooks. He helped me figure out what was missing to sync the orders as well as how to prevent it in the future.

Fantastic customer service. chat popped up asking if I had an issue whilst looking at my Sync. Sherwin was more than helpful in fixing all the issue. Highly recommend and very impressed with the service.

I was having trouble connecting, but Jasmin from support was so helpful. She stayed online with me until everything was rectified. She was very good.
