Overall a great app. Customer support is excellent when you have problems as well. It's a little hard to get it all set up correctly but it saves a lot of time when you do.
I had some issues with connector and my products were not syncing, but Clarisse helped me out, and my problem was solved.
I had an issue with connector today and I reached out to the customer service for help. Luckily I got connected to ROM and let me tell you it was the best customer service experience I ever had. The patience, the detailed instructions, the dedication to help. This experience really made my day and I'm thankful for Rom's help.
I had issues with syncing between Shopify and QBO and Sherwin from connector jumped on to help. He was so fast and so helpful. He solved all my issues and he even educated me on a few points to do with connector and QBO. Once finished he gave me some links to QBO for me to learn more. Great help!
I had quite a few issues trying to get things to sync because of how the chart of accounts was set up. I got on chat and Rom answered almost straight away, stayed with me for over half an hour and got everything working. Honestly great service! And now it's much easier for me to record the fees with the shopify payouts and make sure everything is done correctly.
Thanks David from customer support. i was looking for functionality to integrate two shopify ecommerce store (under one account from shopify) to be connected via QB connector in one single account. MR. David has went with me step by step with photoshoots from my account with patience and professionalism till i confirmed i am satisfied with outcome. that make me more satisfied with exceptional customer support that QB not only the distinguished features and ease to use they have.

I love this app and it is easy to use. I did manage to do something silly though when setting up products. I reached out to support and go the amazing Rom to assist. Rom was all over the problem instantly, sorted it out instantly and I was utterly impressed by how quickly my problem went from me thinking I would have to start from scratch to be completely fixed. Rom you are wonderful and thank you so much.

I contacted support about a "6000" problem and Sherwin was able to quickly fix this and get our orders transferred.

This is the exact app we needed to sync our Shopify data with QBO. There is a good amount of control so you can set exactly what and when it get's synced over. We are able to just sync unpaid orders in Shopify so we are able to invoice in QBO. When I had an issue with the connector showing an error I used the live chat support and Clarisse was able to quickly fix my issue. Would recommend. Update: Needed help again and David was able to fix our issue in less than an hour of writing an email. Update: Sherwin solved our issue in a quick simple chat
David was an excellent help when setting up Shopify/QB integration, and I know he will be a good resource if I have questions in the future.
Excellent service and support by Sherwin. The app saves so much time and is vital to communicate between QuickBooks and Shopify.
