If you guys are looking for a company that will help you along the process with customer service that is top notch, you've found them here! Sherwin, one of there support agents, helped me tremendously for over an hour fix a number of problems I was struggling with for weeks. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I had trouble syncing an entire year's worth of transactions from Shopify to Quickbooks and Ronnie was absolutely amazing! He was so patient in helping me get all my settings correct and even helping me transfer all the data. Thanks, Ronnie, you're an absolute gem!

Had a sync issue with a handful of orders ("2500 - Invalid Reference Id : Line.SalesItemLineDetail.ItemRef"). Clarisse helped me out over chat, within minutes the issue was sorted. Very satisfied with the app.

We have been using this app for 2 years and it has a learning curve that needs to be applied but with folks like David and Rapheal you can sit back and watch the problems resolve themselves. David helped me before my regular work hours so I am not sure their work hours but they are always there to help. The support is only chat but honestly it leaves my other resources free to do other tasks at the same time! This saves time and money! I always feel comfortable when David jumps on the chat. I know the problem is solved after a few quick answers and on with the next tasks! Keep up the good work David and Rapheal! I am sure there are others on the ready to help but this is my experience.

I found David to be very helpful and knowledgable - lovely guy, he helped me resolve ioss tax sync issues.

Jebran was very helpful on my support issue this morning - he showed me how to resolve the mapping issue and dealt with my other queries in a timely and professional manner.

Support tres efficace du connecteur. Utilisation simple meme si l'on de connait pas la comptabilié. Malheureusement QB disparait de France en 2024.
