Great app for syncing our Shopify with QBO, and whgen I ran in to an error with duplicate transaction numbers Sherwin from customer support helped walk me through correcting the errors and fixed it going forward. Thank you Sherwin!

Good support from David today to troubleshoot some type of transaction in chart of account once connection to Shopify . I will know soon enough if the problem is resolved, but it is good to have online chat available. Thanks David

So far this app which synchs your Shopify data into QuickBooks works as it should without problems. More importantly, there is a live chat support which is amazing. Very fast, very helpful - same on the QuickBooks support side of things. Counts for a lot these days. Highly recommended and excellent support from David and Rafael.

I had a sync error with a product which was blocking the processing and payment for and order. Ten minutes in a chat with ROM and the issue was corrected. Very satisfied!

In the process of setting up Quickbooks Online for my business. Still learning, I needed some help to get my orders from Shopify to sync. I got great, quick and helpful service from Sherwin! EDIT: Got some great help from Rods today! Allowed for blocked transactions (no name customers) to sync from Shopify to QuickBooks.

I would recommend it---the customer service is great- I have been helped by many via the chat. Today I worked with Dean for a very long time and he was patient and fixed every issue as far as I can tell! Thanks Sara Just worked again with David and he fixed my problem very quickly! Still reccommended!
