Such a useful app! Makes transferring data from shopify sales to quickbooks a piece of cake. Still new to quickbooks, but this app has made at least the shopify integration simple. Also great customer service team, super quick and helpful. David was able to get me started and solved some problems I was having,

I'm still getting things set up with Quickbooks so I don't have a lot of feedback on that, however, the connector app is working great. I'm reviewing today to give kudos to Customer Support. I set up a chat this morning and spoke with Ben who was quick and efficient at helping me with an issue.

I have used other apps in the past to sync QBO and Shopify and so far I am very pleased with this app. I am extremely happy with the level of support that this app provides. David did an outstanding job helping me out today!

We are changing a few things with our products in the system and it was causing errors because the product was connected to the incorrect, inactive parts. I chatted with Ben and he did a refresh on all of my parts so they would now sync to the correct part #. He made it very seamless and easy. Thank you Ben!!

I had an issue with QuickBooks Online showing duplicate deposits in my reports, and I was confused as to why, so I contacted OneSaas' Customer Support through their online chat support platform. I got to speak to Ronnie, who was very quick in resolving things and explaining things to me! I don't think I have ever had to have such short contact with Customer Support before to get things resolved, so this was a great surprise! Thank you again Ronnie, and thank you for being so nice and professional!

Karol was extremely helpful identifying and fixing our synch issues. Sales and inventory are now tracking properly. Vincent helped fix an even larger synch issue with older data and was able to identify a way to improve future synchs for greater accuracy. Great insight!

I had a very complicated issue with my connection between QB and Shopify. I worked with Dean through One Saas and he was AMAZING! It took a long time to troubleshoot the issue(s) but he was very thorough and easy to understand while communicating through chat. I'm so pleased with his professionalism and patience in helping me.

We used this app and we had some difficulties at first, but we got help on their chat from Clarisse who was so helpful, responsive, and positive and she fixed the settings so that everything could come through correctly and even helped resync some of the old invoices that hadn't come through so now everything is working well for us! So grateful for the great support

Finally an app that actually syncs to QBO properly! Had some questions about set up, so I used the chat and received excellent help from Rom.

There's quite a lot to the app, but the support is first class. I've used their live chat twice, both times I've had quick replies and questions thoroughly answered by people who really know what they are talking about and understand the product. Today I spoke to Ben about a problem we were having with PayPal, he identified the issue and provided a solution, and set up a support ticket so I could share the solution with out book keeper. I can't see why you wouldn't use this app if you use QuickBooks, it makes life easier. *Update 5th October 2022 Just used the support chat again, David could not have been more helpful. He answered a question I had about multicurrency with clear instructions on how to change a setting in QuickBooks, then fixed a duplicate product we had managed to generate. Quick, clear and simple instructions. Really good.
