This is the best Bulk Discount app by far - We almost gave up until we came across this app and it works perfectly. Don't try the others on shopify's app store the majority don't work. User friendly and easy to set up - We needed help with setting up discount codes we messaged support and within 5 minutes they replied and had the issue fixed instantly. Brilliant app and brilliant customer service.

Having lots of issues with the app but they are quick to fix the issues. The offer is very good and customers are opting in. Instead of purchasing one set they are buying two sets and get almost 60$ off. Good deal !

It worked and then it didn't for no reason at all on the must important weekend of the year. I wouldn't recommend due to its reliability.

** ALERT! STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP **The Apps is very buggy and does not play nicely with other apps in your store. The issues I experienced are numerous: errors in the calculations of discount, display format, app launch, and usability. It has been several days that the support has been working on fixing these issues. Although most issues have been fixed, I still cannot access the app because it errors out. If you want to be frustrated and wait your time then this app is for you. They charged me even during all this fiasco but at this point, I do not care. I just need to get out of this mess. Good luck if you decide to install it...

As mentioned, we’re happy to hear that the issues have been fixed, but unfortunately there was a server outage that caused the app to error out in the way that you describe. This occurs infrequently, and service is always restored as soon as the relevant server comes back online. If you'd like, we are happy to offer you a refund. The only app which I found calculating discounts correctly (to the third- forth decimal, which ar not even displayed in Shopify, but makes a difference if you sell big quantities of very low priced items per order). Worked flawlesly for a year or so. Some issues appeared during last couple of months, but were solved on the spot or within short periof of time. Online support is fast in reacting and saves me lots of time.

I have been using this app for a while now and had a small technical issue with discounts being applied. I contacted customer support via the chat icon and it was fixed within 10 minutes. That sort of service is what keeps customers, I recommended this app.

Amazing support!! Amandeep responded the chat in about a minute and helped me solve an issue in my store's theme that was creating a conflict with discount codes. Solved it in a few minutes. Great app, been working with it for a couple of years now and I have no complaints! Really recommended it.
