There are so many bugs in this app when you try to discount bundles, etc... and you can't fully utilize the Shopify promotional tools. It also doesn't interface well with subscription apps. The support staff, particularly Rasheem has been helpful but we find ourselves having to reset the app and reach out to their dev team about once a week. It's very frustrating.

Complete waste of time with these guys - I spoke to someone called Amandeep 1 week ago and explained exactly what type of discounts we offer, e.g. mix and match and explained how these work, after which I was told their app could offer this feature. Then, after 3 days of contacting them trying to enable their free trial, which failed due to a technical error, finally got this working today - only to have wasted another 4 hours trying to set the discounts up because their support assistant has just come back to me to say "I do apologize for this, I will contact him and talk about it because we cannot waste merchants time saying that we have something when we do not"... I wish these app developers would be a bit more honest and stop wasting valuable time.

Tried to use this app to setup discount offers, but it did not meet the requirements. It has limited features and flexibility. Can be used only for a very specific use-case. Good customer support though.

Although you can set a tiered discount, there is no discount when paying, and the customer service does not reply

Very flexible for multiple discount scenarios with an easy and comprehensible administration. Support, especially Josh, is first class, they fixed the two issues I had (related to my theme) almost immediately - thanks a lot!

This app was exactly what I was looking for with the best pricing of the bunch. I had some rather nuanced questions at midnight EDT and Josh and team responded within minutes. Not only did they respond within minutes they responded with screenshots of my website and images to aid in explanation. Classy touch. Had to mention it. Great service and great app.

Had an issue with discounts not applying - customer support was able to fix the problem, even though it still has issues integrating with shopify, but the support was very kind and helpful!

This app helps us to offer better price to our customers who buy more products at once and help us to convince customers to add 1 or 2 products more to reach the better price. Support is really helpful and their response is fast. Thanks
