Leider ändert sich meine Bewertung aufgrund einer negativen Entwicklung der App: Die Bulk Discounts und die standard-Rabatte von shopify sind nicht kompatibel. Sie funktionieren gar nicht oder ergeben eine falsche Rabatt-Höhe! Wenn man stattdessen die discount codes von der App nutzen will, dann ist man komplett eingeschränkt. Es ist nicht möglich, codes zu verwenden, deren einstellung "eine nutzung pro Kunde", "anzahl der möglichen nutzung insgesamt" oder speziell für nur einen Kunden sind! Somit fällt eigentlich alles aus. Ich muss mir jetzt leider eine andere App suchen, die solche einfachen und standardisierten Einstellungen erlaubt. Schade, dafür haben wir ein paar Jahre viel Geld gezahlt.

This is a great app, easy to use. The customer service is very helpful as well, Josh fixed my issue and answered my questions very quickly. I recommend it!

I liked their support previously but the service they share now is poor. Not recommended to install for new websites, check out other apps unless you want to work with an external developer which I now have to do.

It's the 2nd app from Website On Demand that I use and it has helped me a lot. The only thing that they maybe can improve is some sort of import on products, as sometimes selecting by collections won't work due to a product being on multiple collections. Other than that, the support has also been great and replies on a timely manner.

Very disappointed with the support of this app. I got this app specifically to enable coupons on orders that already have discounts. I’ve been going back and forth with support on this since November 6th. I continually have to follow up with them as they don’t reply timely. Very frustrating experience.

I want to extend my sincerest apologies for the negative experience that you had with our customer service. I understand your frustration because of the miscommunication by the team on the issue. I'm VERY sorry about this, it is not at all what we aim for. Our app applies discount codes on discounted prices (Bulk discount), not on the original price which is what you wanted to implement in your store. First, the discount will be applied from our app on the cart page and then in case if you want to use the coupon code, the coupon discount will be applied on our app discounted value and not on the original price. We need to update the whole functionality of discounts and checkout in order for our app to work properly according to your requirements. We'll add this to our feature request list, but we don't have a timeline yet as to when it can be launched. With that said, I understand that your concern was not handled properly, and we are going to take corrective steps to ensure that this situation does not repeat itself again. I want to thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We are always looking for ways to better our service, and your feedback is a valuable part of that process. app design etc is great but running very slow. and cannot show full performance. so users can't access the discount

Great app and even better customer service! We're using the app to set up volume pricing tables on our products. The setup was pretty straightforward. Any questions or hiccups were quickly solved by the customer service squad. I would recommend this app. **Update** We've been using this app for about 2 months now. It works and has helped drive almost $100k in revenue for our items with volume pricing. Unfortunately, we had to switch to a different app. We have another app installed that also uses the Shopify Discount codes section to calculate a custom price. It would create or edit discount codes which would knock Bulk Discounts out of sync with the codes and ultimately hide the discount code field on the front end of the site. We would manually have to resync the codes to have the field show up, to only be knocked down shortly after by the other app. The other app isn't replaceable so unfortunately, we had to switch to an alternative volume pricing app. I think this scenario is pretty rare, our website is just "extra" lol. The Bulk Discounts team has been extremely helpful even when they knew we would have to move to a different app. Much appreciated & very professional.

this is really a shit app, pls go far away with it. there is no action on checkout page, and there is no support for the app. write a email to the support center, and there is no reply

Great app with even better support. Questions answered sometimes immediately and if there is any way they can help you make the most out of the app they will. Contacted support for help and got answers immediately and also set up a call for some important questions and it was smooth sailing all of the way. This app is perfect for our requirements (Tiered discounts e.g. buy 4-9 products get £5 off each item etc) Very easy to make changes to language used and layout, colours etc. Had a couple of issues with spasmodic support early on which was frustrating as we like the app & happy to pay for it. Since then they did explain what things could be tweaked with our issue and is now working the way we wanted it to.

This app is not compatible to any product options app. I contacted their customer service a thousand times asking for them to fix their bug and showed a lot of screenshots and explanations. But they refused to fix. Then I changed to the Volume & Discounted Pricing app, and now everything is working fine for me. I am glad I found Volume & Discounted Pricing. It meets all my needs.
Hi there, Our app is, unfortunately, not compatible with some product option apps. Though this is already in our development pipeline, we currently don't support/integrate with them. We are so sorry about this! With that in mind, we currently are one of the few discount apps that works seamlessly with Shopify Discount codes and Currency converter - so please let us know if we can help you in that regard. We know our app won't work for 100% of merchants, but it's certainly our goal to make it work for 99% :). I will also make sure our support team gives more succinct answers in cases like this in the future - we work SUPER hard to take excellent care of every client, day or night.
