Rebuy has worked flawlessly for us since day one. The platform is stable and easy to manage, and their customer support is genuinely top-tier — fast, thorough, and always helpful. Highly recommend.

We’ve had such a great experience with Rebuy! Fin, Rebuy’s AI assistant, is incredibly helpful and quick, and their support team is always responsive and makes it easy to get the help we need. We also absolutely love working with Maria, our Rebuy Success Manager. She’s been such a great partner and is always there to help us navigate new ideas and opportunities. We recently revamped our cart with Rebuy, and it looks amazing, feels elevated, and is performing great. Overall, we’ve been so happy with the platform, the team, and the level of support!

Customer support is severely lacking. Launch theme was delivered late without any communication as to why. Post-launch issues were not addressed and resolved with haste. Data sourcing lacks in many areas.

We have worked with Rebuy for over a year, and it has been super helpful for us. The app helped us to reach and cover some upsells and cross-sells that are helping us to increase our sales.

So far, so good with this app. I will say the actual build process with Aiman was amazing. He makes everything very easy to follow. Has great knowledge of what he is doing. Very excited to see our conversion and AOV increase. It's a very robust tool, this actually eliminated 2 other expensive apps!

Really love this app, what makes it so good is the help you can get. No matter if you are implementing these section on your own or Replo is completing the whole process for you (which is an amazing option and what I did) they are around for the whole process.
