We are truly sorry this experience left you feeling exploited. That's not who we are, and understand why trust was broken. There was a breakdown in documentation during your transition that we should have caught earlier (thats on us). We can see our attempts to resolve it didn't feel like enough or come soon enough. I can’t say enough good things about the customer support ReBuy offers. I especially want to give a shout-out to Dan—he was amazing. Knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful in guiding me to a solution for my issue. Truly exceptional service!

Its so frustrating. I added the app and after looking at the help sections, I felt so overwhelmed by it all. The cost was a shock too. 44.00$ for an app that allows me to build bundles. No thanks!

The best apps for upsells and personalization. Love how it works and all the features available. Moreover, support team is amazing, especially Bradley who always helps us to solve any complex problems we have. Please, reward him for it, he truly deserves it as he helped us so many times already.

Fantastic app and this is really the full stack. Worked with Aiman, Zach, and Max. Incredible team, combined with a very powerful software. I chose to get the widgets and bundle builder built out by rebuy with Aiman and team. They delivered, on time and on budget. Lots of assistance for other customizations, and the widgets work like a dream. Was very stressed over this previously, but now it's a huge weight off and has transformed our customers' buying experience. Appreciate the great work.

Rebuy helped us execute our holiday gift with purchase program smoothly from start to finish. The in cart product recommendations were spot on and clearly driven by a knowledgeable team. Maria Garcia was especially great to work with. She was patient, responsive, and very well informed. Overall, a strong experience and a great partner.

*Updated* as of 1/12/26. I was finally contacted by someone to resolve my issues. Christian has apologized and apparently the support ticket was incorrectly categorized. While my experience wasn't the best, they did address everything and got my issues resolved. This app doesn't work well for my type of e-commerce store. However, it would work well for shops with subscriptions and selling products that are consumed and need refills.
This is definitely not how things should’ve gone, and we are really sorry for the lack of response and ongoing issues. We’re reaching out directly to help get everything cleared up and make this right.

Very expensive, doesn’t work properly, isn’t being improved, and doesn’t use all Shopify API endpoints needed to work correctly. Overall, it’s a useless app.

We haven't started using all of Rebuy's features yet but so far the results are very positive and promising. The one thing I'd say is that I was expecting it to be simpler to use - it's taken us quite a long time to wrap our head around it and every feature is different. However we have received excellent support from our success manager Dante which has allowed us to execute all our plans and ideas.

This app sucks. Stay away from it!!!! SmartCart not working. I've gone through all the help docs and none of them helps because none of them are up to date!!!!!!! Don't even bother with free trial, because their human support isn't there If you don't want to waste 2 hours of your life for a setup that is supposed to be no-code and easy, just stay away from Rebuy

We’ve just implemented Rebuy and begun A/B testing parts of our site, and we’re already seeing great results! The custom designs they created fit our brand perfectly, and the setup process was smooth. Our account manager, Dante, has been especially helpful, providing valuable insights and guiding us through every step. The online support team is also super helpful - Bradley has been amazing! Overall, we’re very happy with Rebuy and excited to continue optimizing our customer experience!

Rebuys team goes above and beyond, we've never received the type of support their team gives from any other app on here, across any app niche. If you get in contact with Steven or Katie, you're in great hands. They've both helped us accomplish many things that most apps support teams would just tell you to hire a dev for. Not only that, their Ai bot is hands down the most well trained out of any I've used, the Ai bot alone can handle 90% of simple CSS customizations, and even some functional tweaks via callback event settings (if it has documentation for it). While the app it's self is of course limited to some degree, and over use of the segmentation/personalization features will slow down your store, it's still a 5/5 when compared to all other available options. Context: Been using rebuy for about 2.5 years now. Thanks again guys!

I came to rebuy with a GWP campaign I needed help with. Cole Baines was my support member and did an amazing job. To say Cole went the extra mile was an understatement. He was incredibly helpful, and thorough with all he did in explaining how to create systems, following up, and even hoping on multiple calls to walk me through. I had a great experience with his help!

We've been using Rebuy across multiple stores (Formuland), and the experience has been outstanding — thanks especially to Janet Gomez and Max Trummer. Janet has been incredibly responsive, even during the busy BFCM season. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything works smoothly, whether it's fixing BYOB configuration issues, adjusting collections, enabling features, or troubleshooting subscription upsells. Her attention to detail and willingness to jump in immediately makes a huge difference. Max has also been excellent — clear communication, fast follow-ups, and very helpful when it comes to scoping and confirming custom work. Both of them make the entire Rebuy experience feel reliable and well-supported. Rebuy’s features are powerful on their own, but the support from Janet and Max truly makes it next level. Highly recommended!
