Great app, great customer service. We had to spend months updating our site before we could even download Rebuy. They were patient and ready when we needed them. And my helper Alison has been awesome! Always there to assist with any question from integration, to set up , to coding. Super grateful to have her helping us every step of the way!

So far the best Upsell App which offers Pre/Post Upsells in a seemless way. I would especially like to mention Steven, who does a great job. Super helpful even with detailed adjustments. 11/10

We have been using Rebuy for a few years. It is an excellent app and the support has been great. We faced an issue recently after upgrading our theme and I'd like to personally thank Katie in the support team for going out of her way to solve this issue for us. The app speaks for itself, world-class, but what really makes the difference is the CS. They are unbelievable. Quick response, they know their stuff and they are very willing to go in and make changes to your code to get the outcome desired. As someone who isn't a developer, it is invaluable. They have fixed and improved so many parts of our widgets fr me.

I’ve been using Rebuy for my Shopify store, and I encountered a couple of significant issues that have affected my store's performance. Initially, the post-purchase flow wasn’t working as expected due to an unsupported endpoint in the data source. Despite following the help articles and guidance from Rebuy’s support (Nam), the issue persisted longer than it should have. This feature is critical for my business, and the delayed resolution impacted the customer experience on my site. More recently, after enabling Rebuy’s smart search feature, I encountered glitches that severely affected the store’s search functionality. I sent a video demonstrating the issue, but so far, support has only referred me to help documentation, rather than addressing the issue directly. This is frustrating as it occurred immediately after installing Rebuy, and I expected a more hands-on approach to resolving such critical functionality problems.

We completely understand how critical these features are for your business, and are committed to resolving these issues. I've escalated your concerns to our VP of the technical support team to ensure that you get the personalized assistance you need, and we'll make sure to learn from this to provide a better support experience moving forward. Really helps with upsells and smart cart functionality as we don't have shopify plus yet. Also great customer support - e.g. Max Trummer from support jumped in to support our launch optimisation last minute and stayed with us until we were happy everything was set up properly. thank you!
