From a $25/ month subscription as it's advertised here on the marketplace, after installed I was asked for nearly $1k/month. This is fake advertising.

Customer support is out of this world! We use Gempages, which wasn't always perfectly compatible with Rebuy, but Tom took it upon himself to find a solution for all of our wants/needs! Instead of giving up when there wasn't an easy solution, he worked with his team to develop ways that we could implement Rebuy with Gempages. The customer service is 100% the reason we kept this app! Thanks, Tom.

I just completed the 90-Day Program with Rebuy, and it was a fantastic experience. Maria was hands down one of the best Customer Success Managers I’ve ever worked with—always available, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in educating us on how to get the most out of the platform. We’ve already seen a sales lift from the improvements made to our existing widgets and promotional strategies. I highly recommend Rebuy and the 90-Day Program to any brand looking to optimize their onsite experience and drive results.

Support was able to diagnose and resolve an uncommon theme problem that was conflicting with the Smart Cart on our website and it is now working perfectly! Thank you so much for the help. The new pricing tiers is also a great change since we only use a small amount of the offered products.

We just wrapped up a 3-month success program with Rebuy, and the results speak for themselves — higher AOV, better conversion rates, and smarter onsite experiences for our customers. We're a youth baseball e-commerce brand, and Rebuy has truly leveled up how we sell apparel and gear. Rebuy has been a great success for us and I would strongly recommend it. We were looking for a flexible, powerful, all-in-one solution for CRO. After some research, we chose Rebuy. Immediately we were able to cut down on the number of 3rd party apps installed on our store. This helped consolidate billing (and save $), decrease complexity (only need to learn 1 tool), improve site speed (less 3rd party scripts) and ultimately, drive revenue for our store. Support is very responsive (shoutout Nam, Jason, Jane, Christian & Keri), docs are comprehensive and the platform is designed very well (modular widgets and data sources allow for flexibility). Post-purchase and cart/checkout upsell revenue alone justifies the cost. Rebuy continues to build new features and we're confident that they will be the right partner for the long term.

We’ve seen a clear lift in AOV and conversion since installing Rebuy—honestly, the results speak for themselves. On top of that, the customer service has been beyond fast and incredibly patient. This app is an excellent add-on for organising promo items, adding accessories and cross-selling. It is a bit complicated to work around if it's not something you do regularly (as a non-IT person) but the customer service online is excellent. Highly recommended.

Can be a little clunky to navigate which is probably the biggest weakness of this platform. That said, it's by far the most powerful and versatile app on the market for all the things it does, with few exceptions. And the real kicker is that their Customer Service team is genuinely one of the most competent and quick to reply that I've ever had the pleasure of leaning on.
Appreciate your honest take! We hear you that navigation can be tricky sometimes, and we’re actively working on making it more seamless. Nonetheless, it means a lot to hear you value both the app’s power and our speedy support — we’ll keep working to exceed your expectations!

The widget is very easy to use and intuitive. When we have had some issues or unable to get a a feature to work, the support team has been great, providing very quick response and solutions, helping us create the necessary widgets to drive our promotions. Highly recommended!
