We've experienced increases in CVR and AOV as a result of the Rebuy smart cart and upsell widgets. We use page builder on top of our shopify store and we were concerned with implementation. However, the Rebuy team was responsive and addressed all of our questions/asks in a timely manner. Aiman at Rebuy helped us with our implementation and made me confident that we were going to be set up for success.

I had a terrible experience with Rebuy. The app is constantly buggy, and even the simplest features fail to work correctly. What should have been easy to set up required extensive troubleshooting, which shouldn't have been necessary for such basic functionality. To make matters worse, no clear time frame was given to fix any of the issues, leaving me in the dark and stuck with a broken app. The worst part of the experience was dealing with Dan from support. He was unprofessional, didn’t seem to understand our needs, and failed to provide any helpful solutions. I repeatedly asked for assistance from another support staff who might actually care or understand the urgency, but I was stuck with Dan. His lack of communication and inability to fix even the simplest problems was infuriating. For an app that charges premium rates, this level of service and functionality is unacceptable. Avoid Rebuy if you value reliability and professional support.

Not only has this app been amazing for my brand and our multiple stores but the support team is next level. I had a number of goals and optimizations (different for each store) and the Rebuy team helped me configure the apps and taught me how to do it (with video tutorials specific to my store fronts) so I could continue to optimize my stores myself. This app came recommended to me from a friend and I couldn't recommend it more! I just wish we started using it sooner. The setup process was quick and easy and we saw results immediately!

We use a few different platforms and plug-ins and Rebuy by far makes us the most revenue. We've enjoyed being able to test different features and widgets and really make the most we can out of it. Our Merchant Success Manager, Reza Zohouri, is so helpful and very communicative. We highly recommend Reza as your go-to person.

Rebuy is a powerful tool that has positively impacted our store, making it a valuable addition for any e-commerce business looking to enhance customer experience and drive sales. Some Pros! - Their success team, developers, and support are very easy to work with. - Open to customization conversations. If the widgets don't look or act how you need, Rebuy is ready and willing to optimize their services to your needs. - They offer A/B testing, which isn't offered by similar apps. - Widget rules are highly customizable, allowing you to control what products are recommended to your customers. Some Cons! - Turnaround time for certain bug fixes can be long. The good news is if it's a big bug, their developers will implement a temporary fix while a permanent one is worked on. - Pricing can be expensive for bigger stores if you're not looking to utilize most of their features. - Rebuy has a ton of features, which is great for your store, but makes the learning curve a little steep. They have help docs, videos, and support to offset this. Overall, Rebuy has been very accommodating to our business needs, and we're grateful to work with them. Special thanks to our Success Manager, Reza, for being a one-stop Rebuy encyclopedia! You've helped us make the best use of Rebuy's features and keep us accountable for yearly goals.

Rebuy customer service is second to none, and although the functionality is great, the support is my favorite thing about the Rebuy team. Our Senior Success Manager Max Trummer is a great example of this, and actually a big reason why we have started using Rebuy in our store. Knowing that questions and issues will be resolved quickly adds a level of professionalism that is very rare in app customer support these days, so big ups to Max and the whole Rebuy team.
