Excellent functionality, relatively easy to configure (some dev work may be required) and top notch support. Reza our Enterprise Merchant Success Manager and Jeff, their engineer, have been proactive on helping us achieve results and ultimately increase our revenue. Highly recommend.

Rebuy has become - for good reason - an essential part of the DTC stack. However, like a lot of software, it's only as good as the support you receive. And that is why we have given it 5 stars. Monica, our Success Manager, was tireless, patient, and knowledgeable. As powerful a tool that Rebuy is, we probably would have given up on it if not for her.

This app has been so helpful in so many ways. We use it throughout our customers shopping experience and it is great for running promos functionality. Max Trummer is our success manager and is so responsive, friendly and helpful! He helped us immediately when we needed some last minute promos running during the busiest time of year. So grateful!

The system is very robust, but has also been easy to use and allows for quick and easy implementation of incentives to increase AOV. In particular, I was VERY impressed with their support staff. We had a quick turn around on a unique feature we wanted to implement and their team sprang into action and was incredibly communicative throughout the process. Janet and Isaac in particular went above and beyond (including responding over the weekend) to ensure our promo was live for Black Friday sales. Great team along with the product

Rebuy consistently proves to be a huge revenue driver for us. Our CSM Monica has gone above and beyond in supporting our BFCM promotions. I can't credit her enough. I would recommend this app to any store looking for better product recommendations and upsell opportunities.

Rebuy is one of the best apps I have encountered lately. The product works great, and I have seen revenue almost immediately. I would like to mention Reza Zohori. He guided me from the beginning till now. He has demonstrated expertise, helpfulness, and professionalism with all the widgets and settings. He is definitely an asset. Great app... The Rebuy team has been fantastic in supporting our migration and beyond. Reza and Aiman were quick to respond and help us out with making modifications in the Smart Cart and getting our initial widgets up and running! Platform in it's core product is really good, the ability to add products at the cart helps drive revenue and increase AOV. Some of the other features are pretty buggy though and haven't work particularly well for us so far, but the support I have received from our account manager Monica has always been extremely attentive and fast to look at the issues.
