Rebuy has definitely added value to our site in terms of AOV. Setup was easy, functionality has been great, and Reza has been one of the most outstanding platform reps I've ever had the pleasure to work with!

Rebuy is a powerful tool that has positively impacted our store, making it a valuable addition for any e-commerce business looking to enhance customer experience and drive sales. Some Pros! - Their success team, developers, and support are very easy to work with. - Open to customization conversations. If the widgets don't look or act how you need, Rebuy is ready and willing to optimize their services to your needs. - They offer A/B testing, which isn't offered by similar apps. - Widget rules are highly customizable, allowing you to control what products are recommended to your customers. Some Cons! - Turnaround time for certain bug fixes can be long. The good news is if it's a big bug, their developers will implement a temporary fix while a permanent one is worked on. - Pricing can be expensive for bigger stores if you're not looking to utilize most of their features. - Rebuy has a ton of features, which is great for your store, but makes the learning curve a little steep. They have help docs, videos, and support to offset this. Overall, Rebuy has been very accommodating to our business needs, and we're grateful to work with them. Special thanks to our Success Manager, Reza, for being a one-stop Rebuy encyclopedia! You've helped us make the best use of Rebuy's features and keep us accountable for yearly goals.

Rebuy customer service is second to none, and although the functionality is great, the support is my favorite thing about the Rebuy team. Our Senior Success Manager Max Trummer is a great example of this, and actually a big reason why we have started using Rebuy in our store. Knowing that questions and issues will be resolved quickly adds a level of professionalism that is very rare in app customer support these days, so big ups to Max and the whole Rebuy team.

Rebuy has been a great tool for us at every step of the way. Our rep, Alison, is experienced, professional, determined and always willing to help us solve any issues we are having. Rebuy has truly been a game-changer for us and Alison is a HUGE part of that. Adding more to the review here as we had some issues with a couple of our widgets and Cody from the chat messenger was so patient, hard working, and didn't give up until he found the solutions for both the issues we were having! We have recently transitioned from Alison to Kalum who has been great to work with. He continues to find ways for us to make more money by testing new features or by recommending what he sees working and is always eager to help us scale. Rebuy, you have a great team on your hands!

Love everything about this app - it has heaps of features to adopt, is super easy to use, and has increased our AOV substantially. We've been working with Max for some time now and he's been so helpful and responsive with our more technical requests and implementations. Suki and Emelia have also taken good care of us during a Rebrand in which all of our widgets and Smart Cart needed redesigning, and their patience hasn't gone unnoticed - thanks so much team!

Rebuy is an easy solution to enhance your customer's check-out experience. We moved our store from a standard check-out to a drawer cart check-out with upsells at check-out. While it has yet to be seen how well these upgrades will improve our Average Order Value or Conversions, what has been most impressive is Rebuy's customer service and support. Unlike many other apps that I have used across many devices (Android Apps, Shopify Apps, etc.) that have a decent app but poor support (what do you do when you need help), Rebuy provides timely and consistent support that goes above and beyond what I was expecting. Just for that, I would 100% recommend giving Rebuy a try to see if it will work for your store/company, because they will do what they can to make sure you succeed.

Adding rebuy to our site has been a game changer! It has helped increase our sales so much. I would highly recommend this app. We had such a great success working with Rebuy in the past that we have decided to add this app to our other brands. Great solution and team - highly recommend. I've been working with Rebuy for almost a year now and will continue to do so happily for years to come if they keep doing what they're doing. Our Success Manager, Max, has truly added value to the business. We've seen a stronger return each quarter and a lot of new features that actually work. The app is well integrated in our store and and apps. I'm looking forward to more customizations with our Tapcart mobile apps. If you're already making money this will definitely make you more.

We're big fans of Rebuy. Its one of those rare Shopify apps that simply works great. The more you learn the platform, the more you find ways to improve not just your AOV and CVR, but also your customers' experience on your site. Rebuy's system of data sources as the logical foundation for its various widgets is very powerful without sacrificing user-friendliness. It's truly endless what you can do with Rebuy to increase your overall revenue. The team over there is excellent too -- everyone I've chatted with through their live chat feature has been super helpful. Our merchant success manager Monica brings great ideas and feedback to our meetings and clearly has our continued success in mind. Our onboarding team of Logan and Aiman were great too. There are things I would change about their analytics dashboard and reporting. Revenue is somewhat over-attributed, but not in a way that we're not aware of, and we've simply developed our own dashboard in-house using their CSV exports. Our in-house dashboard shows clear ROI, so we're confident that Rebuy is worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Fantastic app however not compatible with our wholesale pricing app. I also for some reason had access to someone elses store/rebuy login..i could literally make changes if i wanted.... A bit of a worry. They said they fixed it but i still had access. Since uninstalling rebuy our cart function dosent work anymore and also have no acces to developer help to remove whatever code has been left behind (which i was told all code would be removed) please help, this is affecting my business
