Tom, Colton, and Bradley from support are always super helpful and have helped with many questions I have. We've already had over 6,000 of income thanks to Rebuy in 3 months.

The overall experience has been great so far. We had the app installed on one of the websites, implemented dynamic bundles and gift with purchase which went well and seen results straight away. Since we started working with Monica Neal on the "7 weeks growth program" I feel like we have finally started to make the most out Rebuy Engine. Monica's been great leading the growth and keeping us updated with the new widgets. I'd also like to mention we had difficulties implementing the SmartCart due to our custom theme, the team was on it and helped us deliver an "on brand" customer experience without having to involve a 3rd party developer, mega helpful.

By accident we noticed we had been paying for Rebuy for months, without even realizing we had approved these costs. We never logged into the app during that time. Pretty frustrating to see thousands of dollars wasted, since they charged based on order volume (we do about 5000 orders a month). Contacted Rebuy and Ian came back with a perfect solution, very happy with how it turned out. Will def start using Rebuy from now on. Cannot review the app yet, since we didn't use it, but their support is great.

We just installed recently but wanted to leave a review about the customer service. Amazing! I worked with "Isaac" and he solved the 2 issues I had almost immediately. I have almost no development experience and everything was pretty much plug and play. I'm encouraged about this company/app and will report back on the analytics once we have had it running for a little while.

Rebuy is one of the best apps on the Shopify app store. It integrates effortlessly and has amazing functionality. The best 'smart cart'/upsell/gift with purchase app by far. The support is absolutely amazing. I have dealt with Colton, Lam and Cameron and all have been extremely helpful and attentive. Cameron was very quick to respond and provide a solution to an issue we had with Rebuy clashing with another app. Some may view it as expensive but you get what you pay for in an amazing app with an amazing support team. The fact that they also offer a free trial is amazing. Try out Rebuy on your store, you won't regret it!

Rebuy is a phenomenal app. From SmartCart to dynamic bundles to loads of cross sell and up sell logic, Rebuy provides immense value to any savvy Shopify merchant. When we've needed a little help or direction, Rebuy's Rich Matukaitis has been a rockstar. He is always available and super fast to respond with helpful tips, recommendations and general support. If you're a Shopify merchant that's not using Rebuy, you better have a good explanation as to why :)

Sooo much appreciation for my Account Exec who brought me onboard and got me all set up, handling very specific styling requirements. Dealing with a high maintenance client and making them happy is a great skill. Kudos. Now, the app, it is increasing sales right away. We have made some changes and have increase the cash flow even more. Reza, my contact, and his superior Janet have gone above in my expectations. This App paid itself 10 time over in just the first day of installation, just running post purchase widget. It's more efficient than zipify OCU app because of the rule based approach. Wished i found this app 3 years earlier. Excited to dive into the other widgets.
