I absolutely love REBUY! It has helped me increase revenue so fast. Max Trummer has been great to work with. He personally reached out to me and asked me to schedule a call with him because there were a few things he thought we could do better, and I appreciated his insight and help so much. Our fees were doubled without any explanation. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Our account team leadership has been notified to investigate this issue, and they have since reached out to you to discuss it in detail. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process and hope to have this resolved very soon!
This app is great, we had some issues with app attributions coming through to our packing slips on Shipstation but the Rebuy team was on it and very helpful, unlike Shopify and Shipstation, they were very caring and made sure to help us figure everything out. 5-Stars on customer service, I love the smart cart and all the features, we definitely have ROI and that is always fantastic!
