Amazing customer support including live support! I was able to get online with Strauss and quickly answer my questions and fix problems. Phenominal cart integration seamlessly integrating with Shopify and Recharge exceeding both of them in functionality.

So much functionality built into this app! I was surprised to see all the different ways we can integrate cross-sells on our site www.felonycase.com. Check it out, we're using a pop-up to cross-sell an additional case, a cross-sell built right into the product detail pages, and a special cart pop out to add a screen protector and camera protector. It's already way better than the old cross-sell / up-sell app I used to use. Special thanks to Strauss for taking the time to ensure everything was set up and running flawlessly. Thanks.

App experience has been good. We've replaced two other apps with it while gaining additionaly functionality. Customer support has been particularly great, with quick responses to chat and the ability to schedule calls. Very helpful.

We've been using ReBuy for about six months and I have to say their customer support is unmatched. We mainly use ReBuy for their Free Gift With Purchase functionality, which allows you to automatically add free gifts to a customer's cart (vs. needing the customer to add it manually). Last week I noticed that my FGWP widget was missing a specific functionality that was needed for our new promotion, so I slacked their dev team (yes, you have direct access to their team via Slack!), and spoke with Jordan about my issue. He got to work and released an update the SAME day that allowed our promotion to work as intended. Thank you Jordan and team!

We've had increased sales by using Rebuy and their customer service is always quick to answer. They tend to already have plenty of help docs to help walk you through things, but are ready to help with whatever if they don't.
