I had been using this app for a long time, exclusively for post-purchase offers, but I was extremely surprised to discover a $299 charge for a full month without having been clearly informed of the pricing change beforehand. The app only generated a few hundred euros in revenue over the last 30 days, which makes this charge completely disproportionate. The most problematic part is that no refund is possible, even if the app is immediately uninstalled and not used during the billed period. This lack of transparency regarding the new pricing structure and the refusal to offer any prorated adjustment is very disappointing. I’m sharing this review to warn other merchants: make sure to carefully review the new pricing conditions before installing or reinstalling the app, as costs can be significantly higher than expected.

Very difficult to set up. Support responds quickly but continually throws their terms at you that you are supposed to understand . Don't answer questions thoroughly enough for you to be able to get anywhere with support.

I was billed $400... WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Beware. I was introduced to Upsell.com by a close friend. I tried it out, couldn't make it work. I just moved on. 2 weeks later, I was billed $400 right away in ONE SINGLE BILL and they said it was because my 14-day trial ended. At this point I had made $0 from the app. I talked to customer service for 15 minutes - refused to refund me. I made a HUGE fuss. Finally a new agent comes in, and then agrees to the refund, which I appreciate. But, from a logical perspective, this is SKETCHY company. They bill you rightaway after the trial based on your TOTAL STORE ORDERS. Which means, if u have a big store - they gonna bill you big from the start even though you have not directly made any money from their app, which is BS. They then use the fine print to lock you in. LAST THING - the only way to cancel is to "uninstall the whole app" - which is again extremely sketchy. That forces people to stay subscribed just because I am not ready to entirely uninstall. I would STAY AWAY and use another upsell app. Their product may be good (untested for me) but their billing policy is SKETCHY AF. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY.

Tuve una mala experiencia con cobros de la app pero fueron rápidos en su respuesta, me ayudaron y lo solventaron a las pocas horas. La app no la conozco todavía pero el trato al cliente muy bueno.

They charged me $79 just for uninstalling the app. I didn't use it in any upsell on my website, and I still got charged $79 from nowhere. Don't uninstall this app
