This crew is sooo customer focused. I'm not techie, but needed to optimize my setup. Ashley and Shafta came to the rescue. They rearranged my flow exactly as needed. Must have app! I have tried several other upsell apps and this one is the easiest to use, and offers the most customizability. It is an easy way to increase revenue and increase the customer experience.

The setup is quite simple and the possibilities for settings are numerous. My problem is that I can't style the app via CSS. Certain titles and fields have the wrong colours or sizes and this cannot be overridden via theme.css.liquid. Support was already overwhelmed with this (pretty basic) request.

Having been a user of One Click Upsell with a previous brand that I sold, I am so thrilled with how much easier (and much, much cheaper) ReConvert is for my new brand! The setup was so simple, and the support is incredible. Here I am on a Sunday morning and Erik was right there to help me out. I have already made several upsells and I am sure with some fine tuning and testing I will make many more. The best part about this compared to One Click Upsell is that it doesn't break Shopify's native checkout process and works seamlessly with everything.

I installed this app 15 hours ago, and it already generated an extra $57 in revenue. The Setup is so freakin simple, their "Magic Setup" literally just matches the thank you page to your theme and you´re done. One of the more impressive apps I have seen

I used this app to upsell on both after purchase and on the thank you page... I like that it comes preloaded with a template but even better than that.. I like that you can customize each option!! We are very mindfull of customer experience and staying on brand and this app allows so many adjustments for your needs... the pay scale is super fair as it is a proven ROI .. essentailly it paid for itself in just a few days and now the rest of the month is pure revenue... also their customer support is AMAZING!!! I only wish we got this installed sooner
