While the premise of the app is good, there are some things you might want to consider beforehand. The first is that you will be charged for every sale you make on Shopify, not just the ones generated by the app. They make this clear, but it is odd to take credit for something you didn't contribute to. They mention in their help docs, "We built it in a way that makes sure the ROI on the app is always positive." This leads one to believe that the ROI numbers are being artificially inflated. The other problem is specific to Printify users. There is no integration with them. If a customer buys an upsell item, it is not communicated back to Printify, leading to the customer missing part of their order. HUGE issue, lack of automation, and unbelievably time-consuming for high volume stores to check each order manually to look for upsell items. Their tagging system doesn't work either as I found out, hoping for a workaround. Hopefully, your experience is/was better than mine, but ReConvert is a pass.

I've used many post-purchase apps before and can't recommend this particular one enough. It's Ahhh-mazing! Lots of widgets that are very easy to customize, and you can segment as much as you want (for example first time customers see a different page than a returning customer, which is a game-changer). It also integrates directly with many other apps I care about such as Klaviyo (collects birthdays and I can send out a birthday email flow through Klaviyo automatically). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. and the support team is always there and very knowledgeable. I don't get "generic" canned responses. I usually get an ACTUAL real person who can help and is very knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We've are big fans of this app as it's really helped drive AOV - and have had no customer complaints! Recently had a small issue where users were able to "game us" by using the pop-up offer again several days/weeks later. I spoke with Anton and he quickly diagnosed and remedied the problem. The app does exactly what it says and in terms of features is the most advanced on the store. I have also noticed that the post purchase survey feature is smoother than the one we had previously on the store and it helped us almost double the response rates on the same survey. Last but not least, their support is outstanding.

Must have app especially after 3.0 update. You can create upsell and down-sell rules and the app will increase your chances to reconvert again and again.
