This app is great!! Just started using it and love how straight forward and customizable everything is. But what really stands out is the support team, Ashley from Reconvert really helped me understand the app and get things set up. She was super helpful and made things easy for me to understand - really liked how she provided screenshots.

It works perfectly and meets our requirements. The support team is very friendly and always helpful in solving open questions or issues. You can use the app directly within the Shopify admin, which was very important to us. Both the setup and ongoing use are straightforward and easy to manage.

App broke on the 2nd of April and customers were put into a loop of not being able to accept post purchase offers - wasn't fixed or noticed for 2 whole weeks and cost us revenue and they wouldn't compensate by refunding the month or anything
