I think the app offers alot and its customer support are very fast and responsive especially saumya making sure you are well informed and you queries are answered

They emailed customers today and said their free plan is going away and they're automatically charging people in a few days. "We're discontinuing the free plan and automatically transitioning all free users to a paid plan..." That's slimy. It's one thing to have a paying customer and do a price increase, fine. It's another to take a free customer and start charging them when they never agreed to a fee when signing up. Paying for products and services, of course; suddenly changing a business model and modifying an account without the customer's consent seems fraudulent. The decent thing: allow free users to grandfather their current setup and if they so choose, they can upgrade their membership. Going in and suddenly taking money from them -- customers, start filing chargebacks and fraud claims. CANCEL!

After a bit of a bumpy start trying to install the app, Reconvert's customer service helped clear any and all problems.
