I recently explored ReConvert and found their pricing model a bit unclear upfront. Here’s what I learned: Trial Period: They offer a generous 30-day free trial, which is great for testing the app’s features and assessing its value. Post-Trial Fees: After the trial, the cost depends on your store’s total order volume, plus 0.75% of additional revenue generated by the app. While this seems performance-based, it may not suit smaller businesses with fluctuating sales. Important Note: Billing begins automatically after the trial, even if the app remains inactive. This can catch users off guard if they forget to disable or fully utilize the app. Pros: The trial period is a good opportunity to experiment. The app seems focused on increasing Average Order Value (AOV) and profits. Cons: Automatic billing, regardless of usage, feels restrictive. Transparency in pricing could be improved with a clearer breakdown of potential costs upfront. Final Thoughts: While ReConvert may work well for businesses ready to leverage its tools actively, I’d advise keeping a close eye on your trial end date to avoid unexpected charges. As to Customer Service, Saumya did an excellent job to assist me during the installation and answering my questions.

I’ve been using ReConvert on my store for years and it’s been one of the most valuable Shopify apps we’ve tried. The post-purchase upsell features are easy to set up, and their support team has always been responsive and professional whenever we needed help. Highly recommend it to any store looking to improve AOV and checkout experience.

Being a fairly new user of ReConvert, i was still a little bit confused by how the app works despite watching youtube videos. I then went to chat with customer support and I would like to thank Riya for solving my issues. I understand that it is not easy working as customer support as they have so many queries from different clients to answer to. But nonetheless, Riya was very patient in assisting me throughout the whole time and her replies were very prompt as well despite me being away at times. Thank you so much once again Riya! I wished the world had more customer support like you :)

Alex was amazing at how quickly he helped me get my upsells set up. I love how it works. The only thing I would like to see is a customizable text box along the way for the customer. Alex said it is in the works and put me on a email list for when this is completed. This seems to be the best upsell I have come across in months. Riya was excellent at helping me resolve a couple issues I was still encountering. The service with this app is great! Thank you!

Well, I started out assuming this App would be very intuitive and I watched several YouTubes and was trying to figure it out and about gave up when I saw a chat window pop and and Shafta asked me if I needed help. I was truly amazed that Shafta was a real person and not a stupid AI bot (those are rarely helpful). She was amazing- understood what we were looking for and even created little videos. She, and ReConvert App, has restored my faith in humanity w/ help in tech related products. Looking forward to using this App more. THANK YOU!
