I still have yet to get the app generating revenue as I feel some parts are confusing however whenever I’ve needed help or assistance the costumer service from shafta has always been amazing

UPDATE: IT'S BEEN FEW MONTHS UNINSTALLING THEY ARE STILL CHARGING YOU EVERY MONTH MINIMUM OF 4.04£ totally CRAZY. DO NOT USE THIS APP complete scammers. they take money from your store even though their app doesn't work "Riya" especially ignored me for weeks even though I told her the app is not working on my store. they said they would fix it and 1 week later I texted again they forgot, but they did not forget to charge me for 5-7 dollars because I had sales. "Shafta" is talking as if it was my fault and she only replies when they charge you some kind of money. Complete rip off. (The upsell app does not even show for my clients btw) total disappointment. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I just want to say that the customer service I received from Alex in setting up the App on my shopify store was amazing. He completed steps in 15 minutes that would have taken me days to set up. Its really a huge help as a small business owner to receive top notch assistance. One less thing I have to try and complete in my already long lists of things to do in my store. Thank you again Alex! You were wonderful and very understanding.

Alex from the support team was phenomenal! He was able to help us resolve the issue with non working funnel, he took patience and detailed approach with multiple testing to figure out where was the bug. he stayed for over 30min after his shift to make sure this gets resolved (a team of 3 people tried to resolve that in the past unsuccessfully - but Alex managed to do it all by himself). Very grateful and now fingers crossed I can make more sales in the last 3 days of this year :))) wish me luck!
