I love this app. The options they offer are so comprehensive. And the customer support is steller. They support team was patient answering all my questions and helping me fix my set up errors. The level of customer support speaks to the quality of the app in my opinion.

Great customer service! The app is easy to use, but initially, I was completely lost. Thankfully, Safta created a step-by-step video tutorial explaining how everything works. I highly recommend ReConvert Upsell to create video tutorials. With so many apps available these days, not everyone is familiar with how each one functions.

Shafta did amazing today with helping me on my 100 questions.ha. she was patient and on top of walking me through with the things i was trying to set up for our products. Also with helping me navigate through the new set up. I was on legacy prior, so i needed to figure out the new layout.
