The support team at ReConvert Upsell & Cross Sell truly sets the bar high. My experience with Ash and Riya was fantastic—patient, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about every aspect of the app. Ash went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly configured, making me feel valued and supported throughout the process. While the app itself is excellent, what really impressed me was the quality of customer support. Their dedication to helping users get the most out of ReConvert speaks volumes about their commitment to success. It’s rare to come across a team that combines both great technology and exceptional service so well. Highly recommended if you want not only an effective upsell solution but also outstanding, hands-on support!

Shafta did amazing today with helping me on my 100 questions.ha. she was patient and on top of walking me through with the things i was trying to set up for our products. Also with helping me navigate through the new set up. I was on legacy prior, so i needed to figure out the new layout.

I’ve been using ReConvert on my store for years and it’s been one of the most valuable Shopify apps we’ve tried. The post-purchase upsell features are easy to set up, and their support team has always been responsive and professional whenever we needed help. Highly recommend it to any store looking to improve AOV and checkout experience.

Alex was amazing at how quickly he helped me get my upsells set up. I love how it works. The only thing I would like to see is a customizable text box along the way for the customer. Alex said it is in the works and put me on a email list for when this is completed. This seems to be the best upsell I have come across in months. Riya was excellent at helping me resolve a couple issues I was still encountering. The service with this app is great! Thank you!
