need plus plan to edit checkout!! very bad
Hi 👋 I’m sorry to hear that you're disappointed about not being able to add upsells at checkout without a Shopify Plus plan. Unfortunately, this limitation is set by Shopify, not ReConvert, as Shopify only allows upsell options at checkout for Shopify Plus customers. This restriction applies to all upsell apps across the platform. While I wish there was more we could do, this is something that is beyond our control. We've used ReConvert on our Shopify store for years. We had a lot of success with time sensitive upsells. Everything was easy to set up and always ran smoothly. I was trying to add a new upsell today and couldn't figure out how to make it do what I wanted it to do. I thought it was a function of me being too stupid to live, so I missed with it for hours before contacting support. I'm so glad I did! I typed one sentence and Riya immediately told me what the problem was. The whole process took less than two minutes. If only all customer service was like that.

Je viens tout juste d'installer l'app, donc je n'ai pas encore d'avis sur son efficacité, en revanche je peux déjà dire que l'installation est très facile, et le service client au top ! Je viens de terminer un chat avec Saumya, qui m'a expliqué très clairement comment changer la langue des widgets (qui sont par défaut en anglais), et qui m'a donné une réponse rapide, courtoise et très professionnelle. Merci beaucoup :)

Anastasia was amazing! She helped me set-up the whole campaign exactly as I wanted it. No stress with the new interface, hassle free, she did all of it for me, and updated me when she finished. This is the type of support that makes me even more eager to use the app. Amazing, and would recommend it to any shop owners!

I just installed. Much better so far than Aftersell. I waited for a couple of months for them to fix their than you page that didn't work with the new checkout extensibility and finally left. Great app and great customer service.

Very flexible upsell customisation and a super friendly and proactive support team to help through any issues. Saumya specifically was proactively checking all settings to make sure that nothing was missed or would cause confusion to customers. Without Saumya's attention to detail and help there would have been 3 issues with the way I'd configured the application. Really made me smile having someone so helpful making this easy to fix.
