Ich bin wirklich beeindruckt von Reconvert! Der Support ist einfach erstklassig - schnelle Antworten, hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Die App selbst ist fantastisch. Sie ist unglaublich einfach zu bedienen, was für mich ein großer Pluspunkt ist. (Deutsche Version wäre noch toll :)) Die Kosten sind ebenfalls überschaubar, was sie auch für kleinere Unternehmen attraktiv macht. Die eingebauten Umfragen sind ein großartiges Feature, und ich freue mich darauf, dass sie noch weiter optimiert werden. Ein großes Highlight ist das riesige Update, das kürzlich veröffentlicht wurde. Ich bin sehr gespannt, welche neuen Funktionen und Verbesserungen es mit sich bringt. Insgesamt eine absolut empfehlenswerte App für jeden Shopify-Shop!

5 stars just for the customer service. Alex helped me with all my questions and even suggested a few improvements that could be made to my store. Overall, it's a great app. Easy to understand and navigate the settings for a first-time user. The Conversion Monster Funnel helped me set up my upselling and thank you page.

The setup on this (for a newbie to this type of app) was very unfriendly. Luckily Ash was great and set it all up, as well as answering ALL of my MANY questions very patiently. I have to wait to test it tomorrow. I'm excited to see the upsells it helps me acquire! I'd give it 5 stars, but the setup is rough and no clear examples. But great customer service!

consistently puts the wrong order in your shipping program and costs you a fortune shipping wrong items. Not happy with this at all. Over time we get more complaints about the constant popups trying to upsell. I have replied multiple times and you have not responded. Your support is horrible id you can't even receive an email and it's not my obligation to fix your app.

Recien la estoy empezando a usar y la verdad si me gusta mucho, se puede personalizar los UpSell y CrossSell con los productos que prefieras, y los que quieras. Hay un plan muy accesible si se esta iniciando. Y algo que creo hace la diferencia es su excelente servicio y soporte, si algo no puedes configurar te ayudan enseguida. La recomiendo
