Ottima app! Alex è stato perfetto in termini di assistenza, mi ha aiutato molto. Unica piccola pecca: nell'offerta post acquisto non ho potuto allegare i costi di spedizione che nel nostro caso gestiamo con un tool esterno. Spero possano integrare questa funzionalità. Per il resto Reconvert è davvero utile e fatta benissimo.

Très puissant et complet. Plutôt facile à prendre en main. Offre de départ gratuite jusqu'à 50 commandes, excellente idée pour débuter ! Juste dommage que ça ne soit pas traduit en français. Sinon je recommande votre app.

I just installed the app. So far it's been as advertised but more than anything. I appreciate the customer service I received from Alex, one of their "help desk" employees. I'll see how the app actually performs moving forward and update/add a new review again

El servicio de ayuda es muy bueno pero no funciona realmente para Chile ya que solo podemos utilizar intermediarios de pago (FLOW, MERCADOPAGO...) para uso de tarjetas. Funciona a medias. Te deriva a un "thankyou page " pero no puedes usar los funnels.
Ey ¡Gracias por dejarnos una reseña! Nos encantaría que también pudieras tener una funcionalidad completa de las partes del embudo posteriores a la compra. La razón por la que tus clientes no pueden ver esto en este momento se debe a la forma en que Shopify funciona desde el back-end y sus propias limitaciones. Siempre estamos buscando formas innovadoras, y siempre puedes plantear una sugerencia de función ingresando a nuestro chat 24 horas al día, 7 días a la semana y preguntándole al equipo.
