I've only had Reconvert just over a week, but so far so good. Setup was pretty easy and any questions I had were quickly answered.

I have only just gone through intial set ups but was very anxious of making mistakes. Alex was incredible making the process so simple , offering changes and implementing them so I didn't need to do a thing. It's so refreshing to find a app with great customer service can't wait to see how this App helps improve my sales.

Alex was so helpful and patient with me as I figured out this app.. the app offers a lot of circumstances to increase aov and upsell, excited to see how this increases revenue.. thanks so much

I had been working on this app, I'm not sure how long and I had no idea what I was doing. Someone from their team set up the entire thing for me. Whew, the less stress while starting a business really helps me. Thank you. Adding to this review again. The customer service for this app is top tier so far.

I think i have to set it up properly, I also think it's quite expensive as it's charging per number of orders. and I only set it up for a few collections not all products

Outstanding customer service! As I installed the app, I was greeted by a gentleman named Alex, who simply let me know I could ask him any question. He walked me through all of the options and answered all of my questions right there and then with samples, different methods to overcome my challenges, and saved me a lot of time and a lot of reading. I did not hesitate to uninstall the other app I had previously spent 2 hours installing and switch to ReConvert. Thank you for taking the time, Alex. You are incredible!

I had some questions about the app and worked with Ashley on the chat support to have all my issues resolved and questions answered. Each answer was thoughtful and if I had any additional questions Ashley was sure to answer every one. Ashley even went the extra step to send me screenshots of the dashboard so that nothing was lost in translation. The app itself is great but I gave an additional star for the customer support I received. Thank you again Ashley!

We are still new to using the app and have liked it so far so my rating of the app is for customer service alone, however, I am also pleased with the options this app has available for upselling and creating our first real funnel was very easy. Ashley helped me first and was very nice and helpful. My second experience with customer service was today with Lee-Ann and if I could give her 6 starts I would. She has been incredibly helpful with answering my questions and walking me through things. I have appreciated her support.
