Great app, great support. A must for every store. Saumya was great helping me fix some issues I was having.

This app really do the job to upsell. And one thing you should take care is about the currency, if you allow multiple currencies to Checkout, the order with currency not equal to your store's one, the post-purchase won't appear! Thank you very much to the support team to let me know. I have 1.5 months orders missed the upsell, but not from now.

I have had the app for a while and am getting great results. I felt it could be better I set up a meeting with Lee-Ann and she walked me through the platform. There are so many features that I am not using. I'm excited to push this even more. 11/29/2022 I had a question super early in the morning! Hopped on the chat with Ashley and was able to get the answers quickly! As a small business owner doing all the things it makes it to easy when I can just pop on and get help to make immediate change and possible immediate sells.

I would say that the app is very good and the support is excellent, especially Anastasia she managed to give me very wise advice and I was able to fix my problem.

Struggled with some issues with this app however the customer service was great and they fixed it all up for me.

Their online chat with Lee-ann, to get help setting up tags on each ReCovert order so I would know where the discount was coming from on the app was quick, friendly and helpful.

Customer service is truly unbeatable. One of the best upsell apps in the game for sure. Easy to implement and get started right away!

app works well using it for post-purchase upsells. I had it not proc because my customer used Paypal express so I got onto support with Lee-ann and she was able to find out why this issue occurred and what I can do in the future to at least give me a chance to upsell my incoming customers still. i definitely recommend reconvert to anyone especially if they're beginners. Speedy customer support to answer all your questions and the funnel builder inside is easy to use (a little limited but its enough to get extra conversions ongoing)
