I didn't use the app just yet. It was installed today. The representative Vladimir was patient and answered all my questions. He even set up the template for me I will come back in a few days with feedback after I use the app.

The app is easy to set up despite offering a large number of customization up-sell options. Also the customer service is brilliant. I've asked questions during odd hours and on weekends and always have got a reply within moments thanks to the chat feature. I don't use many apps, but so far this one gets full marks.

The application works well for upsells. The support is quite reactive and it is easy to use. I hope we'll use it for a long time. EDIT: You may have problem for conversions tracking
Hi there, Thank you for your review! Are you sure you reached out to the support? I can't find your ticket :) I also tried calling you but didn't get an answer. Conversion tracking & pixel setup is always done from the checkout settings section in the Shopify dashboard. Shopify has created this detailed guide about how to set it up for the post-purchase upsell page. Well worth the time to set up and tweak to customize to my shop. Happy with boosted revenue generated by the app so far and I'm sorry I didn't add this app sooner because I've been missing out on easy upsells. Great support is offered too- nice to talk with a human without jumping through hoops to do so. Thanks!

OH and they hound you for a review (in-app) most likely to curate/stop the bad reviews so they never end up here where they matter. Im smarter than that so you want a review so badly, cool, I'll post it here manually. Pricing is way too much. Their "funnel monster" expects you to give 30% off by default. Might be good for cheap small items. Beware of there success rate claiming high ROI. We had 2 customers call trying to cancel the item they were upsold due to misleading button placement. 9 offers accepted and I have made maybe $10 after shipping costs, app costs etc. Also I get charged for all orders I earned?? Not ones that you were actually effective in getting an upsale!? NO!!!!! Ive had this less than a month! Oh trail is also crap because it automatically goes to a paid plan after you exceed the "free trail order limit" Unbiased review and had high hopes for this app, but its not going well. I would not recommend.

Pros: Clean design + easy to use. Lots of customization and how-to videos. Help desk it on point, even proactively messaging us immediately after installation to assist with set-up. Improvements: It's crucial it get IG integration asap + I would like a little more explanation on how to assign specific cross sales to specific purchased products. Overall, great app!
