The 'Thank You Page' loads after Shopify is done so it loads slow. The chat is always available which is very nice.

I'm currently in the process of having my settings copied and repeated in another store as I love Reconvert so much. It's definitely one of those apps I always add!! Plus, the customer service is SO HELPFUL! Alex copied and moved all my settings for me at my request and now he is adding in and formatting a new feature for me that I didn't quite understand. He even took the time to explain conversion rates and everything. His can-do attitude is saving me SO much time in getting this new store set up. Thank you Reconvert and Alex!

This succeeded in raising my AOV. The founder even reached out to me when I was having issues and contacted my supplier on my behalf to make sure the app was working properly. I've never seen customer service go to this extreme and I really appreciate it.
Hi 👋 thanks for the review, Eric here the CEO, we spoke over the phone yesterday. Please get back to my email & I promise we'll get you all sorted out, but let's clear out a few of the points you brought up: 1. Shopify does not provide any way to create a new order for 1 click upsells, if there was a way we'd provide it, as we do on the thank you page. 2. The edits are not recognized by Printful... well, we're all integrated with Shopify, if they don't recognize order edits using the Shopify webhook it's a big issue but it's Prinful's issue and not ReConvert's (I've seen you provided a similar review about this with OCU), you should know this is not something we can control. This will also cause issues if other apps or your customer support edit orders. 3. The last thing about Sweet upsell and one-click upsell from the thank you page, it is virtually impossible to charge the customer with a single click from the thank you page(I double-checked today after our call), so if you can provide us with a video recording (or over a call) of what it looks like we'll be able to understand what's happening, but I'd be very careful with and make sure orders are actually paid using this solution. Either way, looking forward to your reply & solving these issues for you, and thanks for giving us a try 🙏 Eric.

Your Idea of ROI from using your app is insane, you think because our store generates money on its own that you can take credit for all conversions except you only count for less than .001 percent of those conversions. also, most people clicked on the upsell by accident, and then we returned those purchases and still lost money by being charged by your app. It's pretty trash don't waste your time there are other ways to upsell. Too Expensive for the actual money it brings in.

I've been trying to reach out multiple times using any possible contact details I found including emails, calls, IG & contact forms but couldn't get an answer from any of your team members. I want to address some of the points mentioned in your review: 1. We only count orders that are 100% attributed to ReConvert, this is something we're very proud of, if you have cases of specific orders that were attributed incorrectly please reach out and we will investigate such cases if identified as bugs. In such cases you'll also be compensated for such orders :) 2. About customers getting confused with the accept vs the decline buttons, we optimize for conversion so we use a "link" as the decline button, this work for some audiences that are more technical, for other less tech-savvy audiences it might be confusing. This is what we make it look like by default: shorturl.at/oIL38 But you can easily make it look like this: shorturl.at/fopU9 Or even like this: shorturl.at/nC279 to prevent any confusion from happening. I wish you'd reach out to our support team, we could have solved everything in about 5 minutes, our support is available via live chat 24/7 and even on calls when necessary. Great experience so far. I downloaded this app because i needed to add cross sell and up sell to my web page and now I realized that this app is way more than that including surveys and better experiences for clients.

I just downloaded this app this morning, it was seamless to set up and integrated beautifully with our checkout page. I've seen platforms like Narvar charge hundreds of dollars for just as much a month. This app has far exceeded my expectations and the customer support (Alex is the best!!) was beyond spectacular!

This app takes the guesswork out of funnels. I might even use it instead of my email funnels for post-purchase specific funnels as it uses Shopify's data and is instant at point of purchase. Fantastic support - thanks Alex!!

Alex de chez Reconvert m'a bien conseillé. L'app est vraiment génial et simple pour la configurer, il y a plusieurs langues donc on n'est pas perdu. Il y a plusieurs options pour l'upsell ainsi plusieurs choix à faire et tester tout dépends du produit que l'on vend.
