This crew is sooo customer focused. I'm not techie, but needed to optimize my setup. Ashley and Shafta came to the rescue. They rearranged my flow exactly as needed. Really appreciate how friendly, patient, and professional they were in this. Highly recommend ReConvert! So many app providers have sparse personal attention. Not these guys! Originally, I used ReConvert to help with post-purchase upsells. When it worked, it worked fairly well. During our peak periods, it increase AOV 10-15%. Over time it was less effective, despite keeping the settings the same ... I cannot give reasons why things changed. Several of our users on mobile and desktop mentioned the upsells post purchase were somewhat confusing, "in your face" and/or they tried to apply the timer coupons but they didn't work. We decided to switch to Cart Upsell Drawer app in order to provide a better user experience. The configuration interfaces can be a little clunky, and hard to understand, but the results were fairly great. Ultimately, different apps can work well your store, only you can decide. I'd recommend you test ReConvert, and I'd recommend you test out other upsell apps as well to see what works. Always be testing.

Must have app! I have tried several other upsell apps and this one is the easiest to use, and offers the most customizability. It is an easy way to increase revenue and increase the customer experience.

The setup is quite simple and the possibilities for settings are numerous. My problem is that I can't style the app via CSS. Certain titles and fields have the wrong colours or sizes and this cannot be overridden via theme.css.liquid. Support was already overwhelmed with this (pretty basic) request.

Having been a user of One Click Upsell with a previous brand that I sold, I am so thrilled with how much easier (and much, much cheaper) ReConvert is for my new brand! The setup was so simple, and the support is incredible. Here I am on a Sunday morning and Erik was right there to help me out. I have already made several upsells and I am sure with some fine tuning and testing I will make many more. The best part about this compared to One Click Upsell is that it doesn't break Shopify's native checkout process and works seamlessly with everything.

I installed this app 15 hours ago, and it already generated an extra $57 in revenue. The Setup is so freakin simple, their "Magic Setup" literally just matches the thank you page to your theme and you´re done. One of the more impressive apps I have seen

I used this app to upsell on both after purchase and on the thank you page... I like that it comes preloaded with a template but even better than that.. I like that you can customize each option!! We are very mindfull of customer experience and staying on brand and this app allows so many adjustments for your needs... the pay scale is super fair as it is a proven ROI .. essentailly it paid for itself in just a few days and now the rest of the month is pure revenue... also their customer support is AMAZING!!! I only wish we got this installed sooner

i used this app, found i needed to learn a lot of it, but when i messaged the company on the little messenger, Alex did all the hard work for me in in a few minutes. Superb Customer service. I will wait to see how the app performs, but the staff are great. Thanks Alex.

While the premise of the app is good, there are some things you might want to consider beforehand. The first is that you will be charged for every sale you make on Shopify, not just the ones generated by the app. They make this clear, but it is odd to take credit for something you didn't contribute to. They mention in their help docs, "We built it in a way that makes sure the ROI on the app is always positive." This leads one to believe that the ROI numbers are being artificially inflated. The other problem is specific to Printify users. There is no integration with them. If a customer buys an upsell item, it is not communicated back to Printify, leading to the customer missing part of their order. HUGE issue, lack of automation, and unbelievably time-consuming for high volume stores to check each order manually to look for upsell items. Their tagging system doesn't work either as I found out, hoping for a workaround. Hopefully, your experience is/was better than mine, but ReConvert is a pass.
