Chintak quickly answered a question about membership fees that I have been searching hours for on my own. In case anyone else was wondering how to refund membership fees, you need to do it through Stripe. Thank you!

Aman has helped us, and several other staff. Helpful in fixing any issues or bugs with the membership app. We've found it suits our purposes for a custom theme on shopify. It has had the odd bugs, but the staff help us fix this when they come up.

The BOLD Member ship Liquid Installation guide is extremely disappointing. The instructions they provide often have significant coding discrepancies, with mismatched code and files that don't align with the Dawn theme. The only recourse is to contact their team for installation, which can take several days. I'm paying for a service, so why do I need to write code? Why doesn't the code match yours? And why do I have to wait 3-5 days? This is unacceptable

I was in an extreme hurry to get the BOLD membership App running on my Shopify store, therefore I contacted the support team 3 times in 24h and they all were extremely kind and made it possible to launch my webpage with the membership I wanted in time!

Their customer service is really bad. They sent an email instructing me to reply back to the email after I completed a step. I then receive an email chastising me for sending them an email.

We've had this app installed since 2020 and have generated over 6-figures in membership fees. Grateful for this app and all the support we've received from Bold. Note - we did have several issues with this app when we switched over to another theme that required a lot of back and forth to get the functionality right. Thankfully that is all behind us.

I have not implemented the membership offering yet, but I did get everything set up tonight with Brysen. He went above and beyond what my expectations were to make sure that not only things looked how I wanted but were in the proper places also. He was kind and patient with me and I couldn't be more grateful!

It took quite a while for the app to connect properly, and it was a long process, but thanks to the entire BOLD team, we were able to start a great service. The customer service team and team of specialists supporting us while running the app absolutely deserve a 5-star rating. The app itself is really good but has a few areas, which we hope will still be improved. For example: 1) it is possible to sign-up for membership twice with the same email-address 2) it is not possible to specify exactly at what time member exclusive products will go live in the shop. 3) the app does not allow for the use of vouchers for members.

I'll be honest - I have experienced a few technical issues with the Bold apps (about 5 issues over the period of 3 years - not bad). But at the end of the day they do exactly what I need for my business and I have not found a better option. WHAT SAVES THE DAY IS THIS: The customer service and the live chat are tremendous. They are extremely helpful, quick, knowledgeable, and have helped clear up my issues every single time. They are also very pleasant to speak with even though sometimes I'm sure I have been less than pleasant myself. Highly recommend, especially due to the great customer service.

App was very easy to set up and very user friendly but it was missing a few of key features I needed. There are no options to offer discount codes or discounted memberships. Also, there is no 6 month membership option... you choose from weekly, monthly, 3 month and yearly. But if you do not need any of those features, this app is great.

While membership prices cannot be discounted so to speak, you can change the price of the memberships at any time or offer a free trial. Also, we do have another app called Custom Pricing which works beautifully with Memberships. This integration allows you to offer many different levels of product discounts for your members.
