We were struggling with Shipstation functionality (or lack of) and switched to Redo as our shipping platform. Their shipping platform and the automation capabilities reduced our manual workload dramatically and the Redo team even made several functionality improvements to meet our needs! I was/am super impressed with the Redo team's engagement and willingness to modify their software to the needs of our business. We're looking forward to using some of their other features in the near future and happy to have Redo as a solutions partner!

Hands down the best customer service we have ever received from any saas company. We use Redo for returns, order tracking, fulfillment and customer support and having everything in one place is amazing and everything works as expected. Changing all of our systems in the same moth, hiccups and issues were expected…but Redo was there immediately to help get through even the smallest issues. 10 out of 10 will use redo again.

We couldn't be happier with Redo. As a startup footwear brand that launched just six months ago, we needed partners who understood that we were still learning the ropes with Shopify and e-commerce operations. After a disappointing experience with our previous returns provider, we were honestly a bit nervous about making another switch. Redo completely exceeded our expectations from day one. They understood our limited Shopify experience and provided the extra attention we needed to get everything implemented flawlessly. No detail was too small, and they made sure we felt confident with both the returns/exchange portal and the customer service helpdesk before going live. What really sets Redo apart is their responsiveness. Whenever we have a question or run into any issues, their team is always quick to reply and help us troubleshoot. For a small team like ours where every customer interaction matters, having that level of support is invaluable. The platform itself handles our returns, exchanges, and CS inquiries seamlessly, which has freed us up to focus on growing our brand instead of getting bogged down in operations. If you're looking for a partner who will actually take the time to understand your business and support you properly...especially if you're newer to the e-commerce space, we can't recommend Redo highly enough.

We’ve had an excellent experience with Redo and use them for all of our shipping labels, returns, and warranties. Their platform has streamlined our post-purchase operations and made things much easier for both our team and our customers. We also do a lot of A/B testing, which has been incredibly valuable. Redo’s Conversion Cloud has been especially impactful, giving us the ability to test and optimize our post-purchase experience and continuously improve conversion and retention. Overall, Redo has become a trusted partner and one we genuinely love working with.

Redo as a tool is excellent, being able to go right from shipment to a ticket, look at their history etc. is very handy. Returns are a breeze, it certainly saves staff time. Team is flexible and works with us to make sure the solution fits our needs, including taking our advice when building out new products. This has been refreshing! Highly recommend checking out Redo!

There are so many things about the REDO platform and the REDO people that I want to brag about but not enough space here. So Here are some highlights: After we switched to REDo returns, we never heard peep from customers regarding returns. It is that easy, complete and feature rich that customer no longer feel the need to reach out to us for manual help. Order Management - wow. Everything we could ask for and more - and they are still building out features. And Customer Support platform - good, but with their Ai agent, concierge and other AI features - unstoppable. It has save us an insane amount of man hours and continues to evolve as we teach the AI more and more. We have had customers comment about how good the AI is many times. The integration all around with Shopify makes like so much easier for us. I can't say enough positive about REDO. We are raving fans for sure.

It has accelerated our sales performance and secured the most competitive rates for return and shipping expenses. Admittedly, we were hesitant at first—everything sounded “too good to be true.” But it truly delivers. Our return system is far less hectic, our sales retention has increased significantly, and customers are either happier with their exchanges or choose to keep their store credit because they feel they are getting more value. We've been working very closely with Redo on growing our brand image and ensuring our customers have a good experience, specifically with returns and package protection. They have allowed us the ability, as a smaller business, to ensure our customers are getting a returns experience that is fast and convenient; something we definitely couldn't offer on our own. We have a very open line of communication with them and have been able to suggest improvements and get help with any odd situations that arise. Working with Redo is ,no doubt, a huge asset to our company!
