started using redo not so long ago so I’m still getting familiar with everything. So far, it’s been a great experience, with the normal bumps and questions that come along with introducing a new app. The biggest standout has been the support — Alec and the team are truly A++. They are always patient, helpful, and go above and beyond to help resolve any issues and answer every question. Really appreciate the level of service and support!
Redo has been one of the best martech additions to our business. Justus, Austin, Seth, Konnor, and others have been lifesavers day in and day out.

Redo has been great for our returns coverage, but the customer service really stands out. We had some updates needed to the widget placement, wording, etc. and Emry was so helpful. She made those changes immediately and made it so easy.
Exceptional Support from KONNOR. I recently encountered a complex issue on the website, I was stuck, however KONNOR from the support team made it his mission to provide a resolve. He resolved all issues and went above and beyond to provide me with custom code for a 3rd party app we use. Five stars without a doubt!
I can't explain how much help Redo has been! We recently worked with Alec thinking something was wrong with our site, it had nothing to do with Redo yet he still helped us out anyways and got our site working great! We love Redo and everything it has to offer and how kind and hard working there team is and how willing they are to help no matter what! Thank you Alec for all of your help!
Really positive experience so far. We've been using the package protection service and it's been running smoothly. The onboarding team was patient, attentive, and took care of everything we needed. When an issue came up recently, Keppner from support stepped in and handled it quickly. Highly recommend!
Redo has been a game changer for shipping orders and has an amazing interface for customers to initiate returns and exchanges. The team is every helpful and responds to questions or concerns with lightning speed. Wish we would have had Redo years ago!

We’ve been using the Redo returns portal to manage our returns and exchanges, and it has significantly improved the overall customer experience and internal workflow. The platform is intuitive, easy to implement, and helps centralize all return and exchange requests in one place, which reduces manual handling and back-and-forth communication. Cade was also incredibly helpful in clarifying everything and making the necessary adjustments for us.
