Our customers love this app as it makes returns and exchanges so easy. We love it too for ease of use and reduction of customer support tickets. The analytics platform is super helpful and they have great support. Highly recommend, can't wait to see what other new features you come up with!
This app is changing the landscape so far. Why went from using 4 different apps to just this one. Customer service has been amazing and they are there to help you set it up if needed. Portal is easy to use and so many features.
Just started with Redo in prep for a busy holiday season and it has been a very smooth transition from our previous return portal. Jed (Sales), Seth (Tech/Sync), and Jaxon (Support Chat) have all been incredibly helpful so far in getting everything up and running! Weekly onboarding calls to make sure we understand Redo (portal, backend, customer facing and anything else we may need) has been efficient even when the team has a plethora of questions. Definitely believe Redo will be a longstanding app we will be using for the foreseeable future. Thanks Redo Team!

Super seamless and well-managed onboarding process was, it made getting started incredibly easy and all the tools are great.
Redo has really been a game changer when it comes to streamlining our Customer Support process. It's made it so simple to take care of all of our customers' needs, in terms of modifying orders, helping with returns, even keeping in touch with our customers. Several steps have been saved, thanks to the ability to email customers directly thorough the platform. Making the switch to Redo has been the best decision we've made

It's been such a smooth experience using Redo to manage easy returns and exchanges for clients and the chat is amazing! they always get back to me on time and help me with any problems i've had so big shoutout to the team and will def keep using them in my store. Also, big shoutout to Talmage who helped me on these portal setups and tag exclusion which was super needed for my store and i coulnd't figure it out
Talmage was very helpful in answering my questions and giving me step by step instructions on how to complete a task on Redo. The customer service Redo has is always the best and super helpful.

I really appreciate Re-Do's customer service. Anytime I have any issues they are super responsive and are always willing to take the time and help me through anything. So far there is nothing that they have not been able to help me with and get us back up and running smoothly right away.
Really happy with the returns portal and user experience! Support has been really helpful to resolve any issues along the way. Has saved us a lot of time and made the process much easier for both us and our customers. Really happy with our decision to go with redo!
Redo has been great to work with! We use it for our online support chat as well as our returns and exchange process, and it’s been smooth sailing. Their support team is wonderful and always helpful. Like any system, there can be the occasional minor glitch, but it’s rare and always resolved promptly. Highly recommend!
