Redo has been very helpful in streamlining our return and exchange process. We also appreciate the level of customization offered to enable us to best serve our customers’ needs. When we do encounter issues, the Redo team has been able to jump in quickly to provide resolutions. We appreciate having Redo to help make it easier for our customers as well as our customer support team.

Love using Redo! We started out using them for returns and are now using them for email marketing, support, upsells, and they are constantly adding new features for us to take advantage of. Jaxon and Skylar are incredibly helpful! I appreciate them checking in with me and my team while we are transitioning into using Redo. So far the app is very helpful. I especially love the Bulk Shipping option to sort similar orders. Our company ships LARGE Kickstarter campaigns and this feature are been invaluable in that process.

Really easy to work with and great support

We are using Redo for Returns and Exchanges as well as CX. We are loving both solutions! Returns and Exchanges has been saving us a ton of time, and the CX tool has been as well. Their support team has been awesome and are always super responsive.

We have been very happy with REDO. It takes a second to get it all set up but the customer service team and sales reps are VERY helpful and responsive in helping you. I would highly recommend.

Super happy with the returns and exchanges portal. Best thing to note is the quick customer service. Not like some other apps where you are waiting forever to get a hold of someone to fix an issue.
