Every boutique owner needs this for their returns! We couldn't recommend this solution enough. Not only is it free and takes the pressure off of boutique owners for covering return costs, it also enhances the customer experience and retention too. Redo has seriously changed the game for our boutique. Their returns and protection tools took the chaos out of that whole process and made it so much easier for everyone. We loved it so much that we added their SMS and OMS tools, and it’s made our workflow feel so much more put-together and has so many great tools and automations that we love. They have an INCREDIBLE support team. Huge thank you to Austin P., Jackson, Dominic, Austin N., and Alexis, they always take care of us and make everything feel easy. It feels like we have a trusted partner on our team :) If you're a small shop owner, Redo is 100% worth it!

We've had Redo from the early days of starting our boutique and it has has been such a valuable addition to our business! Their returns, package protection, and fulfillment system make everything smoother for ourselves and our customers too! We also started using their SMS tool as we expanded into marketing, and it has been such a relief having everything in one easy, all-in-one platform. The Redo tools are simple to use, free to get started, and makes managing so many moving pieces feel way less overwhelming! The best of it all is their dedicated support team. We have been thankful to work with Austin P., Dominic, Jackson, Austin N., and Alexis, they are truly amazing and have always been so helpful in making us feel supported. If you run a boutique, we can’t recommend Redo enough! They’ve made such a difference for us!

THE BEST! We started using Redo for their easy returns, package protection, and warranty claims process. We were thrilled to find a system that took the pressure and cost of returns off of a small business, and made it easy for customers too. Since then, we have expanded to their SMS and OMS marketing tools and are so happy with how they have supported and streamlined our operations. On top of that, they have an incredible support team. Huge shoutout to Austin, Dominic, Austin, and Alexis! They have truly made us feel like we have a trusted partner on our team and are always quick to respond and provide support. We’ve been using Redo for our boutique, and honestly… it has been such a win. It’s eliminated so much back and forth on returns. Our shoppers love having the option to protect their order, and it has noticeably reduced return headaches for our team. Support is always super responsive & willing to listen to any app updates that would make our lives easier! Shout out to Will for his great support for some last minute Black Friday adds!

Will was great. Helped out with an issue that needed immediate solving (Bot attack purchasing redo coverage only) and came in and put an end to it, quickly and efficiently. I also love that I was able to speak to someone local in local time, i.e., in the USA, and not someone in another country who needs explaining 5 times and who reads a script to respond. That was refreshing in this day and age. And to top it off, he actually called my direct line when he said he would. Another rarity. Top-grade service by Redo!

Works great for returns. We have been using it for a while. Once you get everything set up and your flows set, it works great. The team is very responsive and helps when needed.

Awesome support from Jaxon on a super feature of Redo's (Instant Exchange). Our team needed a mini reminder and onboarding of this feature..... great image share, instructions, explanation + walk thru ..... not to mention understanding of our question and inquiry.

Prior to utilizing Redo's services, we were partnered with Loop for all returns. We experienced the worst customer support at Loop when issues arose, which was one of the main reasons we decided to switch to Redo. Our experience with Redo has been nothing short of incredible. Their ENTIRE team is extremely responsive, attentive, and helpful; if there's ever an issue, they fix it immediately. Their platform is easy to use and allows for customizations to ensure that the return, claims, and warranty experiences align with your company's branding. 100/10 would recommend Redo!

This app definitely gave us an upgrade in terms of order fulfillment and saved us thousands in costs that we would have to incur without REDO. The support is also super helpful and the success managers are always there to help us with whatever we need!
