I'm behind the curve when it comes to technology but their chat staff helps me get answers quickly and guides me through questions. Katherine is solid as she helped me figure out my issues in minutes....painless.

UTTERLY USELESS. Don't waste your money. Their fraud prevention is USELESS
Hi Dylan, This is Dwight, Senior Customer Success Manager at ReferralCandy. We’re sorry to hear you didn’t have a good experience. Our fraud prevention system is designed to catch most referral abuse patterns while avoiding false positives that could block genuine customers. We did offer to help set up additional safeguards to prevent this type of abuse, and we’d still be happy to work with you to fine-tune your setup if you’d like to give it another try. I’ll be reaching out to you separately via email so we can go over your concerns in detail and explain the multiple ways we can help you work through the flagging of suspicious activity (for example via the Fraud Center and Fraud History tools) so you can better monitor and manage your referral program. I look forward to working with you to improve your experience with ReferralCandy.

We had some issues with your purchases that appeared as non referrals and Irene, our dedicated account manager, not only solved the problem but taught us how to take care of the problem if the future if it arises again. All of it with patience and in a kindly and efficiently manner. Thank you!

When I had issue figuring out how to send the link to past customers Katherine helped out by providing the necessary articles. Then she gave helpful feedback on my campaign and how to make it better. Going above and beyond the help you ask for makes this a great company to partner with... and the app is pretty good too.

JC was extremely helpful! Answered all my questions. The app is great I set the entire app up in under 30 minutes and tested it. All the questions I had were immediately answered via their live chat. I highly recommend + customer service is great. App is very clean and it seems like it is marketing-driven VS just an app that doesn't have much marketing drive. I think the developers of the app want you to have viral referral campaigns as it's a win-win compared to other affiliate apps which are not really prioritizing the success of the affiliate program. 5/5 stars

Referral Candy is very sophisticated, yet very easy to set up and use it. Also, Lorraine was very helpful from the support side. We also had the please of being assisted by Jessa, who was very responsive and quick to find a solution to our needs. Great support!
