I had initially written a 5 star review after being asked to many times by the (bordering on obsequious) customer support team. Setup was fine, if rather time consuming. Once in the testing phase, I noticed a couple of bugs - social media links didn't work on what they call the 'Share Page' and on mobile view , a horizontal scroll bar was visible on the front end - a sign that an element on the page was overflowing (a sign of poor web dev). It's now been three weeks since raising the issues with support. Neither have been resolved and I was in fact told that to sort the mobile responsiveness issue, I should hire a web developer - TO FIX THEIR OWN POOR WEB DEVELOPMENT! This left me pretty flabbergasted, to say the least. I'm not a perfectionist, but we do have high standards and sloppy design like horizontal scroll on mobile and broken social links I'm afraid, fall way short.

We are new to using the app so this is a review for support... Absolutely the best support of any app I've used! JC was super responsive and helpful in resolving a problem we had and followed up to make sure things were working and if we needed any further help. Thanks for all the help JC! I definitely recommend giving Referral Candy a try.

5 stars so far. We have only installed the App today and the setup has been really straightforward and Katherine was really helpful and answered all of our setup questions within minutes. We hope to see great results from such an easy to use App. And even better that it integrates with Klaviyo!

We encountered an issue with our billing that would have been very costly for our company. We shared the issue with Lorraine, who was a joy to liaise with on the issue, and who helped us process a refund that was due to our own careless error. This 5 Star review is fully deserved for the honesty and understanding that Referral Candy has demonstrated, and we're not certain many companies these days would go this extra mile for its customers. Would definitely recommend this company and its app.

Just got off chat with customer rep - Cris. She was so quick to resolve my problem obviously knows her stuff. She even went beyond and above to ensure i was more than please with the app. I rarely write reviews but she sure deserves an acknowledgment of her good work. Moreso the app is so easy to use and only app that could give me the customization i needed for a referral program.....i love the app and customer support was top notch.

I just got off a chat with their customer service rep. JC and he was AWESOME! I needed help with the referral program and looking for advice. JC was extremely helpful, patient, polite and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I own Www.hotlinepepper.com and as a small business owner, it's very nice to receive helpful customer service like from JC. The website is very user-friendly and I highly recommend using Referral Candy . 5 STARS .Thank you so much.

So far I'm on the trial version but everything seems to be working great and the customer service is amazing, they're very quick in their replies and very thorough with their help. I had the pleasure to talk to JC who answered all my questions in the utmost detail and provided me with the help that I needed.

I had hard time integrating ReferralCandy with Shopify. Specifically, it was my Klaviyo part. JC asked for my screen record and precisely pinpointed which step I missed. It was a prompt response and a swift resolution. I went on finished my set up. I am very happy with JC's support!

JC from Referral Candy was immediately responsive once I signed up late at night. He immediately made contact, enabled me to onboard myself at a quick pace and then followed up to cover off on questions the next day that had come up during onboarding. He proactively outlined best practices that were most relevant once he reviewed my initial setup and then went through a live/engaging Q&A on my outstanding questions. 10 out of 10 service!
