I'm in the process of setting up my first campaign with Referral Candy. Currently, some of the issues I've had will be solved with some planned updates they will be doing (right now, only one campaign can be active, and other non-active campaigns can't be edited while the campaign is active). Once this is solved, that will help. I chatted with Jon, and he was very helpful in providing direction for a "workaround" as well as alternative ways that I can solve the hiccups in the campaign set up. Thank you Jon.

Installed Referral Candy to have a refer a friend program on our website and the installation process was straightforward and simple. Had a slight issue with the font but the support team helped us out almost immediately. Special thanks to JC from the support team who helped with some font issues we were having. The issue was escalated and response was given fast which helped to solve the issue without any delays.

Great customer referral app and customer service by Innah! She answered all of our questions very quickly and was a ton of help. We highly recommend Referral Candy. Their platform is easy to use and gives all the flexibility that we need to launch our program!

5 stars so far. We have only installed the App today and the setup has been really straightforward and Katherine was really helpful and answered all of our setup questions within minutes. We hope to see great results from such an easy to use App. And even better that it integrates with Klaviyo!

Just got off chat with customer rep - Cris. She was so quick to resolve my problem obviously knows her stuff. She even went beyond and above to ensure i was more than please with the app. I rarely write reviews but she sure deserves an acknowledgment of her good work. Moreso the app is so easy to use and only app that could give me the customization i needed for a referral program.....i love the app and customer support was top notch.

So far I'm on the trial version but everything seems to be working great and the customer service is amazing, they're very quick in their replies and very thorough with their help. I had the pleasure to talk to JC who answered all my questions in the utmost detail and provided me with the help that I needed.
