Just going through the onboarding process and Lorraine has been very helpful. Only giving it 4 stars because we haven't tested the app out fully yet. Will update if it proves to be what we're looking for.

I installed the app yesterday and today JC reached via chat to ask if I had any question we jumped on a zoom call right away and he helped me answer all my questions regarding Referral Candy and integration with Klavyio and Shopify! this app seems terrific and great customer service experience!

Pretty straightforward to use. I am still a little confused with the Klaviyo integration. Still a little too new to see any real results yet. Customer service is top notch, and always very quick to reply. Katherine has been extra helpful.

Alex and Jon have been great to work with in getting our referral program created and configured. Installation is pretty easy and straight forward, but Jon was very attentive in making sure all my questions were answered and I didn't have any lingering issues. Thanks Jon!

We have just started using the app and so far the support has been really great, especially from Cris Lopez, who has taken time to guide us on setting up our first campaign. Cris is always very fast to respond when we have questions or need support. Overall a great app and great service.

The app is easy to install, customize and share with customers. Most importantly the support received is impeccable. From the start Katherine answered all my questions, looked into case studies for me and always followed up promptly. Most companies you have to wait days to hear back from someone, but she always responded within the same day sometimes within the hour. She helped me work through some issues we were having (our fault not the apps) and followed up to ensure everything was taken care of. Thanks Katherine!

I've used this app for 3 businesses now, all on the ReCharge platform. It's best in class for that use case. My most recent experience had a challenge with integrations but JC and Jon were top-notch/10-out-of-10 in helping resolve the issue and get us cranking!

Jelson was very helpful with his friendly and swift responses! Would be handy if the referral program could be temporarily deactivated within the app however given how efficient the customer service was it's not too big a drama.
