Good application! Handy to be able to give cashback and not just a coupon. If there are any questions, customer service is quick and clear. We had questions about making the widget visible on one of our pages, and JC helped us a lot

Support was more interested in getting me to write a review than solving my issues. Sending the standard request about 4 times while I still had many questions. Now while I didn't leave a review for the 4 times mentioning I would like the app WORKING first, they don't seem to respond for days on end and skip over questions that are in an email, very annoying UPDATE: Issues solved

I must say, it was an amazing service! the customer service is top notch, always friendly and responsive. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and even provided extra help whenever we needed it. 10/10 would recommend Jon at ReferralCandy!

great customer experience, and if you set it up in your emails easy to get an ROI. Don't expect overnight results, but it builds over time. Great to work with JC (from the RC team), always there when i need him.

It took a little time to get up and running, but Jessa was super helpful in helping us work through some of the technical issues (we wanted to use it for Recharge, so it was a bit more of complex integration).
