Support was more interested in getting me to write a review than solving my issues. Sending the standard request about 4 times while I still had many questions. Now while I didn't leave a review for the 4 times mentioning I would like the app WORKING first, they don't seem to respond for days on end and skip over questions that are in an email, very annoying UPDATE: Issues solved

I must say, it was an amazing service! the customer service is top notch, always friendly and responsive. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and even provided extra help whenever we needed it. 10/10 would recommend Jon at ReferralCandy!

great customer experience, and if you set it up in your emails easy to get an ROI. Don't expect overnight results, but it builds over time. Great to work with JC (from the RC team), always there when i need him.

It took a little time to get up and running, but Jessa was super helpful in helping us work through some of the technical issues (we wanted to use it for Recharge, so it was a bit more of complex integration).

Referral Candy is awesome. Customers can just start sharing, saving them the trouble of signing up. The after-sales service is also impeccable, Cris helped a lot.

Getting support with issues is a bit clunky as you have to email the team. But once they receive the message it works fine. Jon was very helpful and resolved my query on time.

Very good, have used for years and is now a predictable revenue stream for the business. Customer support is fast and responsive and would recommend to any new or existing store to increase referral sales.

JC ROCKS! - Quite a few times I have felt overwhelmed setting up silly apps that just have way to many customizations I have just given up and immediately go to chat and ask for help when installing a new app. I Was blown away by JC's kind attitude to walk me through literally step by step the exact set up I asked for. Made the whole process super simple and only took me like 15 mins. Now I fill absolutely confident mailing all those past customers and knowing they will be able to sign up right.
