The App is very interesting, and it works well, it tracks the events well. Against this, I would say that I would like the emails that it offers you to be translated directly so as not to have to spend so much time on it. The customer service is great, fast and responsive. They are very attentive and really look for a solution that suits your problem. Special mention for JON, he was very kind, attentive and very very good at his job. If I were his boss, I'd say he's a guy to watch out for.

This is the first time I write a review - Incredible bad customer support, UI not clear. Fo three days I was chatting with customer support without any clear guidance how to send me mails out. The only thing they could say was "Let me ask our engineers" I gave up. And for canceling my subscription I needed to contact support. I am since 2019 using Shopify apps never encountered such a bad experience. My colleague with even more experience has the same opinion. UPDATE: I will wait until you contact me or resolve the problem

I was able to to do the setup by myself and did not need any IT support. Yet I asked for a call with the Referral Team to discuss ways to optimization. JC got on a call for me and we went through our Dashboard together. He gave me some concrete tipps on how to get more out of the Referral Candy software. He also included all topics in a summary mail he sent afterwards. On top of that he was available in the chat the whole day while working on the discussed topics. Thanks from Munich! Daniela

We have seen a strong increase in the ROA of >10x compared to the app fees. It is easy to setup and configure, the widget and email settings are intuitive and give enough flexibility to reach the desired design. Additionally, the support is great! Whenever you have questions, the team is super friendly and helps quickly and efficiently. Special thanks to Cris, you rock :)

Good fraud detection system, and does a very good job of encouraging customers to sign up for additional referral discounts. Have not had any issues with it.
